Our team has more than forty years combined experience as Property Managers, Investors and Realtors. We began our property management business in 1999 by managing and leasing our own properties. Finally In 2009, at the request of many clients and friends, we began to manage their properties too.
Due to strong business growth, we started Crowder Properties in 2013 with the intent to become a provider of world-class service in the property management business.Our innovative business model integrates an emphasis on personalized customer service with a proven approach to management, while utilizing the latest technology available.

When I first met April, I was impressed with amount of energy and enthusiasm she gives her clients. April makes you feel as if you're her only customer and she'll do anything to keep you satisfied. She is very knowledgeable about the rental market, returns phone calls as soon as she can, makes sure tenants are properly screened and makes payments in a timely manner.
At Crowder Properties, we are proud of our reputation for outstanding service not only to our clients but also to our residents. Having the knowledge that only comes from being rental property owners and investors ourselves, is one of the things that makes us unique. We understand that managing one's own rental property can be a rather frustrating experience.
As a prospective tenant, you want to know what kind of service you can expect when you lease from Crowder Properties. We understand that home is the most important place in the world for everyone, and our goal is to make home the most enjoyable and worry free place for our residents by providing quality service and peace of mind.
Each applicant age 18 or older must submit a separate rental application. Please be prepared to pay the $55 application fee online individually per applicant when each person in your group submits their own separate application. Application Fee(s) is nonrefundable with two exceptions: 1.) You request that we cancel your application before we begin to process it.

I read the reviews after renting, and honestly I was surprised. I had a great experience renting from Crowder, and would have happily stayed if we didn’t need to relocate. We had issues with the air conditioning that were met with prompt after-hours resolution. No issues to report! Nothing but good things to say:)

My son is renting a duplex home in Charlotte with his wife and two-year-old daughter. The home is their first and isn't an expensive property but they are very proud to be on their own and have been taking extraordinary care in the cleaning and maintenance of the home. However, shortly after getting settled, they began to notice roaches. Crowder sent an exterminator at the beginning of this month and since then the problem has only gotten worse. They are everywhere, even in the baby's bed! This is despicable and unacceptable. In addition to the roach problem, there was no vent cover in the living

Worst company to rent from, very unprofessional. Do not trust anything they tell you. They don’t value the customer. Had issues with the townhouse we rented from the start. There was a busted pipe in the ceiling upstairs which leaked through the downstairs ceiling along with several other issues. It took them way to long to come do repairs. Had a verbal agreement with the that we would be able to extend our 60 day move out agreement, and Paul Crowder went back on his word.
