There is no better party food than paella, the traditional rice dish of Spain, with its abundance of flavors from both the land and sea. All paellas begin with the sweating of garlic and herbs, and continue with the addition of the Spanish paella rice and a rich saffron broth. And from there the options are endless.

These guys are new at the Wallingford Farmers Market and the food is delicious! The pork paella is so tasty, portions are great, and served up super quickly. They even use ingredients from the other farmers market vendors! I'm so excited to go back every week for my Wednesday dinner for the family. My five year old can run around at the park with gaggle of other kids after our yummy meal. Such a perfect Seattle evening. We love you, Spanish Caravan!!!

It was a great experience having Spanish Caravan Catering cook paella for my husband's birthday party! The paella was delicious and appreciated by everyone at the party and Brian was great to work with - so thoughtful and organized. The guests enjoyed watching Brian cook the paella which added to the festivities.
