R&M Towing are unethical. They towed my truck New Years Eve and when I called during business hours Jaqueline told me the manager had left. This was a lie so that they could charge storage fees through Monday. When I called Monday the manager told me she was in the office until 3, which was well after I called. They wanted a notarized letter allowing my son to retrieve the vehicle stating that I would release them of all damages before they would let us see the vehicle. We refused and when we got the police to show up they released the vehicle right away. Dont let this company bully you. Do

A huge thank you to R&M towing for their quick response. Our Concrete trailor pump broke down on the highway this morning and they were the only people that would answer their phone at 4:30am. Driver was cool. Got us towed to our location. Quick, easy, & painless. Their prices are better then most. Will definitely use them again!

They towed my husbands vehicle at 12AM on New Years Eve and demanded cash for its release which is SUPER illegal. I will be pursuing legal action, contact me if you want to team up! emily.haws@icloud.com. Had to have a police officer come to have them reopen the gate after they shut it in our faces. Judging by the reviews this business is doing a lot of shady things, and it needs to be held accountable.

Extremely rude staff ! i came to get my car that they just towed and they are going out their way to hold it for 3days to add up fees. they are liars and crooks i had to call the police after they claimed not one of the five people here working had keys to open gate to give me my vehicle meanwhile tow trucks came and gone. this place is a joke!!!!

My vehicle was parked in my apartment complex parking lot. My husband parked around 6:30 / 7 PM, when he went out the next morning at 6 AM his car was gone. Called the cops thinking it was stolen, when he was informed it was impounded. The towing company is claiming we were marked on a street. So rude tried to charge me for a storage fee when my car was towed on a Sunday night(they were closed) so I picked up my car 45 minutes after R&M opened Mondaymorning. R&M knew legally they couldn't charge me a storage fee but they tried not until I literally had to bring up the AZ law for towed vehicles before they waved the fee. Not to mention in the Arizona Revised Statutes it says R&R has to provide reasonable accommodations to pay the not just cash the lady at the front desk kept requesting a cash payment asking me to pull it out of the ATM machine again I had to bring up the Arizona law again

The people at the lot were all nice enough. I am leaving a bad review because my car shouldn't have been towed in the first place. Came back from vacation and my car was gone, called the tow company and they stated it was parked on the street and there is no street parking which was completely false. Fortunately my complex was able to call them and sort the issue out, I did not have to pay to get my car back.
I am more upset that I had to spend 2 hours of my day because some tow truck driver has half a brain.

My car was towed by this company and unfortunately my car is registered to my parents who live in California. They drove 10 hours to get the car out because they refused any other documents. The people were rude. And the best part. My car was locked when they towed it, when I finally got it back, my glove compartment was open, my credit cards that I had left in car (which is stupid of me) were taken and they used the same cards at the circle K next door to them. Giving 1 star because the representative Christy was very unprofessional. We had spoke to Angelica the previous day to ensure our car was there and she was very professional. Christy asked to be taken off of speaker phone due to it playing in apple car mode while driving to the lot but it was just my husband and I in the car... I asked if she could give us our balance and she said she has tried several times and we kept talking over her but we sat there in silence while she gave other details we didnt need. Not upset about the tow due to us being in the wrong. Just not accepting the professionalism

A lot of these 1 star reviews are because people are pissed off that their car got towed because they were parked ILLEGALLY. Don't get me wrong, my car got towed because I was parked illegally but they were very helpful and friendly. I don't remember his name but a nice older man helped me out and he was straight to the point and helpful and he was even WILLING to stay AFTER close just for me so I can pick up my car. Nothing was broken or stolen out of my car. Stop giving 1 star reviews because y'all can't park right, they're just doing their jobs

Lady on the phone probably hasn't been laid in a couple decades and was especially rude. She wouldn't answer my phone calls after the first call but answered when I had the apartment complex clerk call them. By law they have to give you your car back when you want and not by appointment like they try and tell you. Caught the front desk lady in a complete lie! She told me she didn't know what lot my car was in but when I went to the front desk of my apartment complex and they called she knew exactly where it was. These people are complete scumbags. If I could give 0 star rating I would.
I was in a car accident and the Phoenix PD called them. They towed it to the repair shop.
They wouldn't take a credit card and wanted cash from the repair shop so they too it to their yard and charged me for 3 tows and 2 days storage.
Were totally unprofessional rude and acted like they were doing me a favor. But since they had my car I had no choice.
STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!

I had the GREAT displeasure of being in a car accident on the I-10 highway in Phoenix, leaving my car undrivable. R & M Towing was the company called by AzDPS. (AzDPS ROCKS, btw!!) The tow truck driver did not professionally secure payment (cash) from me that he knew he'd need, such that my car could be dropped off. Now R & M Towing is holding my car for ransom! I almost died today, and these hacks are squeezing unfortunate victims for nickels and dimes. They are the BOTTOM FEEDERS of highway misfortunes. PLEASE take your business elsewhere, everybody. R&M towing violated several Arizona statutes recently passed by Doug doucy. These were put in place to put a stop to abusive tow practices. My son's car was towed from his at complex parking slot (repaving). I'm in CA and the car is in my name. He's in AZ attending school. They refused to release my car to him even when I faxed to asked for documents. Copy of pink slip & Notarized letter giving my son permission.

I called in to get a car towed from my spot at Desert Mirage last tonight (12/22) around 9PM and they told me someone would be here within an hour.
