We do offer over night storage, long term storage, covered storage, just not in any fancy warehouse. Where the vehicle is lifted by the tires, it is towed and riding on its own suspension, absorbing any bumps along the way. There are several! The most commonly and effective manner is flatbed tow, and there are also Wheel-lift tow, and Frame-lift tow.

Called to get my car towed at noon and was told it would get to me in the afternoon. Three hours later, still waiting. I called to get a status of when it will arrive & the receptionist said it would be another two to three hours! I told her I was worried that they wouldn't get to the dealership before they closed at 6. She suggested we make an appointment for the first thing in the morning. I said okay, what time will that be, and she said anytime from 8am-12pm. Pass! I cancelled and called a different towing company, Central Towing, and they came within 40 minutes. Amazing. I was in a very unique and horrible situation and this company made it absolutely as easy as possible. My entire family was out of the country when my sisters car absolutely broke down in the middle of a freeway as I was driving it in an unfamiliar state. This company was so understanding as I had to keep calling to update information as my family and I were able to finally communicate. An on Easter Sunday too! So so helpful and so kind.

Wayne at Valley Towing was AWESOME! He came in a timely manner and was able to get my van on the truck even though my parking break was stuck on. He had to tow me around a Starbucks drive thru and was pleasant and nice even when people were being impatient with the 3 extra minutes they had to wait! I'm so thankful for him today and how efficient he was to get my van to the dealership for repair. I called 4 other towing companies and one was a 90 minute wait and the other companies phones were disconnected or not answering. I'm so glad I found Valley Towing Company! HIGHLY recommend.

Twice I had to use these guys. Once I was stranded in my work van on the I10 and everyone told me 2-4 hours. Valley was there in 1/2 hour and did fantastic.
Today my wife's van broke down. Triple A said 1 hour and then after waiting over an hour, they said 2 more hours! Even though Triple A would have been free, I called Valley Towing, and again they were there fast. The drivers both times were super nice guys. And when I called the office they were very nice too. Rates were reasonable. I don't see how this company can get anything but 5 stars. I am canceling Triple A and just using

I just called this towing Company to get an estimate to have my vehicle towed 4.6 miles away was given a quote of $114 I'm sure that's the base price and I'm sure there's other hidden fees. FYI do yourself a favor go to AutoZone and get a can of fix a flat with compressed air for under $24 if you're driving low miles to a repair shop that'll save you a hell a lot more money than what these guys charge

I have had to use Valley Towing twice now. I have used some other tow services around the valley. My previous experience was not good. I allowed my roadside company to pick the tow company and found myself sitting around wondering if they were EVER going to show up. It took longer than I was told and the driver/operator lacked professionalism. When you have that unfortunate need for a roadside tow, it is already stressful enough. My experiences with Valley have been the opposite. Very professional and courteous, they arrived in less time than I was told and the driver was clean and professional

Just for your information before you call. The add a 30% 'administration' fee ontop of any towing charges that they would quote you. As described by their representative, 'administration' is fuel, wear on the trucks, paperwork, etc......basically doing the job of towing. My $185 dollar tow thus became $240 for doing their job. I would not recommend them to friends.

Well, I happen to work for Valley Towing and we do the best we can under sometimes very difficult circumstances. Yesterday, I was sent to get a Jeep out of the garage. Wheels turned and locked. Key wouldn't turn. Side of vehicle very close to the opening and stored belongings. The customer had called another company that showed up with a flatbed and the driver passed on the job and apparently advised the customer to call us. I had no information about the problem before arriving with my flatbed. Well, I live for the challenges and pulled the Jeep out, loaded it up and delivered it to the dealership

The employees were completely rude and disrespectful. Took me three times to get the stuff out of my car. I was told by the person who towed my car I would be able to get my stuff no problem. The first truck driver was terrible. He didn't not make eye contact with me, was on the phone, chewing his gum, and so disrespectful. By far the worst service I have had in my lifetime. My dad had complained to the owner and she threatened to put both my dad and I in jail for having a "fake notarized letter"

Without exaggeration, I think these are the worst people I have ever met. As a physician, I have taken care of rapists, murders, etc. I would much rather deal with them than this company.

No it's not fun to have to have a vehicle towed and there's never A good time. It when it does happen, and believe me, it will, you want to make sure you call the right company that will not only come in a timely manner, which is important when you're in the side of the road waiting but also one that will be professionals and take care of your car. Valley towing is great and I never have to worry about how myself or my vehicle will be treated.

Valley Towing Company was great! My sister's parked car was hit by a construction truck and we wanted to get it towed to the body shop. I called Valley Towing and they were able to send out a driver immediately. Unfortunately, the police took forever to come do a report, but the driver, Steve, stayed with my sister and helped her navigate the issue. He even offered to drive her to her class at ASU!

My car battery died and I was a damsal in distress. I called my dealership (Airpark Jeep) and they referred me to Valley TLC. My tow truck arrived in 30minutes! It was a nice tow truck with a flat bed in the back too so it would not ruin my vehicle. Mathew was the driver and it turns out we are from the same area in the Northwest. We chatted for a bit and then he hauled my car to North Scottsdale from Old Town Scottsdale. The cost was about $108 which I found to be quite reasonable considering how fast they arrived and it was about a 15mile tow. They also called to notify me when the vehicle
