Company charged me to put a flat tire on my car and did not tell me prior to the service the tire they were switching out and putting on the vehicle was flat so I was still left stranded. When I called to inform them they told me “they don’t care” and hung up on me. Highly unprofessional and I would never recommend there poor service.

Horrible service. Truck broke down and called them to ensure they would be able to tow our truck. I asked for an ETA and the man said "a couple of hours" but didn't give me an exact time. Waited "a couple of hours" (2 and a half hours) in this horrible heat called them back and he told me they wouldn't be able to come and if they could reschedule for tomorrow. Super inconsiderate of people's time and bad communication. He wasn't even going to call and tell me they wouldn't be able to tow the truck. I don't understand why they take insurance request

I happened to be in the right place at the right time and helped a woman whose tire blew out while she was traveling without a cell phone. After calling a few other places, Freeway was the first company to offer help. They sent a tow truck within the quoted time and the driver was very kind and professional. Although I did not personally use their services, I was around for the entire process and will definitely keep them in mind and recommend them to others.

One weekend, our work vehicle had two of the back tires stolen on our company parking lot. I immediately called Freeway Towing to get this resolved and they were able to tow it to our car place we usually get tires from. Raoul the owner was very nice and was extremely helpful in this awful situation and so was his worker who he sent out. We were able to get this all resolved and handled within a day and turned a stressful situation into a positive result. I recommend Freeway Towing to anyone who is in need of Towing Services.

After several failed attempts to get our car towed to the dealership by other companies (the battery was so dead that the car could not be jump-started, it was inside our garage, AND we couldn't even open the trunk or any doors, besides the driver's side)...Raoul and crew were able to come out and save the day! They were punctual, professional, extremely knowledgeable about the logistics of our particular type of car, and cared about it as much as we do.
