I had to have my truck towed which is never fun, but it turned out to be a good experience. Wayne, my driver was such a great guy. He was super nice and we shared some great conversation in the truck on the way to my destination. I felt that the price for the tow was very reasonable. I highly recommend this business based on my experience!

This place was great! The lady answering the phone was polite and professional. Scheduled a truck to arrive in 1 hour, but they arrived in about 20 minutes! Fantastic!
The driver listened as I tried to start the car and said it could be the battery. He jumped it and it was the battery. I didn't need a tow at all. He only charged me for the battery service, which is much less than a tow.

Never had a better experience with a towing service, EVER! Extremely prompt and professional, and also affordable prices. The technician that helped us was super punctual. He actually made it to my car faster than the quoted time and waited for me to get there. Very kind and patient while figuring out where to transport my vehicle. They also take credit or debit cards over the phone! Much better than having to struggle to get cash. I was seriously impressed and overall satisfied by the outstanding customer service. I also have AAA and I personally would call this service company instead of them

Robert and Kenny were an absolute life saver! My car broke down at the airport and in no time, Kenny had moved my car from the parking garage to an outside lot. Robert, the tow truck driver, took great care transporting my car safely to my mechanics. The were professional, efficient and fast. Great guys and a great company!!

My car was towed from my apartment complex by them despite it having a displayed permit.
When I called their phone number to see where my car was the person who answered was rude and short (because being on the phone with me meant she couldn't complete her other work). Them incorrectly taking my car meant I couldn't drive to work, and it meant my husband was also late due to needing to wait for them to open for him to be able to drive me to get my car.
They gave me my car back once I got there, but it was a huge hassle that should have never happened.

My car stopped working and needed it to get it towed to where my mechanic was. I cannot remember exact pricing but it was a $95 fee with 5 miles included then $4 more per mile. They busy but someone was there within the hour. The driver was extremely nice and super helpful. He made me feel comfortable and like I could trust him with my car. He made an attempt to turn on my car and I was shocked to see it worked. After all, I didn't need the towing however next time I do need it I know who I will call.

Overall, the actual tow experience was good enough - the lady I talked to on the phone was very nice, and the tow guy did his job okay, it was a fair price compared to other quotes, and they showed up when they said they would. But...

I needed a tow and selected these guys due to proximity of my down truck. I waited a reasonable amount of time which was still about 45 minutes. The driver was very professional and capable. Took my truck to my mechanic and dropped it perfectly. It ended up costing a little less than I had expected so overall, I can recommend these guys. Thanks

I'm going to sue this Company. You might get this all the time. But you just messed with the wrong customer. This company is a fraud. They are working in conjunction with a large garage that took our money on third Avenue and Van Buren in Phoenix and took our vehicle.
They are very rude and refused to give me an address. I'm reporting you to the attorney general and the BBB. I dealt with Jonathan. You are rude and shame on you.

My engine seized up on me and a call was made to Priority Towing and we were quoted an ETA of 45 minutes. The amazing driver Dave got to us in 20 minutes. He was courteous, quick and friendly. He got to our place faster than we did. I appreciate his professionalism throughout the entire ordeal and want his management team and everyone to know it. I originally called to get my car jumped after it wouldn't start in my apartment parking garage. Priority Towing was the only place out of 6 I called to answer late Sunday afternoon. The driver, Manny, was done with his shift and on his way home, but got to me within 20 minutes anyway. After trying to jump my car for 20 minutes, we realized that there was more wrong with my car than a dead battery. Manny went out of his way to try to jump/fix what was going on with my car before we determined it had to go to a dealership the next morning (this morning). The dispatcher called me first thing

Great customer service from Ronnie taking my call and Jason dropping off our customers car. At the Late Night Speed Shop we have cars towed in all the time and sometimes have customer cars that are lowered and need special attention not getting them damaged at pick up/ drop off. Jason took the time to set out boards under tires to be extra careful unloading a lowered car to our shop.
Priority Towing will be our first call from now on when needing a tow.
