I am a fairly new tenant and so happens my heater has been on the blinks. Of course it would have to be on a weekend two times and a week day once. However I was seen to within a few hours so keep in mind people this is a very large complex and give them a minute because maintenance will show up and when they leave everything is taken care of and never ever leave any kind of mess.
No appointment is necessary to tour our community; however, it is always appreciated if you call ahead to make sure we are available to provide adequate time for you to tour and ask questions. Please arrive no later than one half hour prior to closing if you would like to tour the property. Everyone over 18 must have a valid photo ID to tour the community.

I have lived here for a year.. maintenance is slow, these apartments are very molded, windows are outdated, I see maintenance doin more riding around them working!! This is definitely not something to make a person not want to move here so don’t think that, but merely just an fyi before you move in. If you can act fast when it comes to rent then act fast when it comes to issues with the apartment!! I wish I could post pictures so you can see for yourself. But I give this apartment community a -7.

Would give 0 stars if possible this place is irresponsible and doesn't care about the property they rent whatsoever I have put in well over 10 maintenance request since 2019 about a leak in my bathroom. The ceiling is falling off and turning black and continue to leak but maintenance says work completed because they're obviously to incompetent to actually do the work to fix it. We're currently on our 3rd lease and have had nothing but problems with then since signing. the damage is now starting to spread into the master bedroom closet due to them not fixing the leak properly first time they expect

Do not move here! I wrote a review a couples of weeks back, and evidently it got deleted. Avoid moving here at all costs. They are unresponsive, the townhomes, and apartments are poorly built. You pay monthly for pest control that you never receive not to mention your rent being significantly higher than quoted. The office ladies are rude, they will not respond to you. And if they do shoot you an email it’s about rent. They have a huge mice and roach problem. That is not in their priorities to get under control. You can’t find parking to get to your home. It’s all a mess. I’ve lived here

I had the best experience with this lady showing me an apartment at The Park. She was helpful, energetic and answered my millions of questions without making me feel like a nuisance!!! She is so good at answering any questions you have, she will help with what she can to find a spot that works just for you and family if need be, she will not make you feel dumb, and has a great personality! I had fun talking with her about what I was looking for and was given great info!!

I have a spacious dwelling and the office staff are very friendly. I love it here.
This was before I realized how rude the office manager is when you’re constantly complaining about mice. There are mice in my apartment and they don’t even care because nobody else says anything. They put bandaid fixes that don’t even work cause the mice are still somehow coming in. I have a toddler who likes to put everything in his mouth and there’s mice running around my apartment. Do not ever waste your money here.

Do not move here all apartments in the building i stay in have mice and roaches coming from under the sink. Don't look under the cabinet you'll see the years of mice droppings. But charge you for pest control but no one comes to spray asked all my neighbors in my building if any one come to spray and they haven't seen no one. There's water leaks in our bathroom and under our kitchen sink .The maintenance half do there job on fixing the problem when you contact the office they are rude and will disregard the problem you complain about but yet they wont you to pay on rent on time. My ac works half
