Due to the fact that Dr. Pruden provides surgical services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure.

Services
We are an Oral and Maxillofacial and Implant practice devoted to working with your referring dentist in order to restore and enhance the natural beauty of your smile. Our office is located right in the heart of Huntington Village at 75 Prospect Street (which is one block from Main Street at the corner of the Huntington Public Library).
Dr. Pruden has been practicing in Huntington, New York since he started his private practice in 1985. After completing four years of postgraduate dental education, an oral and maxillofacial surgeon goes on to complete four or more years of intensive postdoctoral, hospital-based, surgical residency training.
If you are taking Coumadin, please provide us with your cardiologist's telephone number or the Doctor that controls your Coumadin intake, in order for us to get medical clearance for your Oral Surgery appointment. In addition you must provide us with your most RECENT INR levels. If you are currently taking any medications for osteoprosis or bone cancer, please bring that information.

CareCredit is a credit card that helps you pay for treatments and procedures for you or your family that may not be covered by insurance.
If you have dental benefits from any of the insurances listed below in which our office participates, you will be responsible for a co-payment percentage or a reduced fee (if you have a reduced fee plan). Please remember to bring your insurance card with you to our office. We will submit your claim to the insurance company on the date of service.
