Cindy loves Long Island for its adventurous day trips, quaint towns, and great restaurants. She enjoys spending her free time going to plays and museums but most of all, spending time with her family. Lauren graduated from Farmingdale State College with an Associate of Science degree in dental hygiene.

Dr. Matlach has been practicing dentistry in the Huntington area for the last 20 years. He recently relocated his practice to its current, custom-built office, where he specializes in restorative and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Matlach was born on Long Island in 1971. He graduated from Hofstra University in 1993 with a BA Degree in Biology and completed his D.D.S. Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1997 at SUNY Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Matlach for 10+ years. We wish we found him sooner as he is the best dentist we have been to. Dr. Matlach corrected multiple problems in my mouth after I spent years at a different dentist. He has replaced fillings and fixed cracked teeth. He also fixed gaps on my lower front teeth via cosmetic fillings and did a superb and flawless job. Dr. Matlach utilizes the latest technologies in his office including high-resolution cameras to view the details inside your mouth and of course digital X-rays. I can unequivocally recommend him. Dr. Matlach and his team are incredible, honest, and listen to your needs as a patient. They don't push expensive procedures if it isn't medically or cosmetically necessary. Dr. Matlach and the entire team are happy to educate patients and give them the time that they need to learn and make decisions. I always appreciate that Dr. Matlach goes over xrays with me, and the transparency that this team has.

Dr. Matlach’s office is absolutely the best! From the moment I arrive at the office, I always feel safe & welcome. My gum graft procedure was performed beautifully, with only minor discomfort, in a setting that was impeccably clean and well equipped. Dr. Matlach and every staff member are top notch. I actually enjoy going there!

My daughter, who has never even had a cavity and suffers with anxiety had to have a baby tooth pulled. She was extremely nervous and anxious to say the least. Dr. Matlach was very patient with her and explained everything to her in a very calming fashion. I highly recommend especially for the person who has even the slightest bit of anxiety when it comes to the dentist. Very professional, clean and the staff is so friendly.

This office is extremely friendly and very efficient. Rarely do I wait and everything is done in a timely manner. I've taken my 3 children too and they are able to get three kids done in an hour. Their hygienists are so sweet and knowledgeable about daily dental care and Dr. Matlach is terrific and very easy to speak with about concerns or problems or dental work that needs to be done. I highly recommend this office.

In over 40 years I've had my teeth cleaned by many different hygienists.
The experience in Dr. Matlach's office, (from 2 different hygienists), has
been one of the best ones.
In addition to how very comfortable everyone made me feel, I left with clean teeth, and NO scraping or damage to my gums. On the other hand, my boyfriend recently had his teeth cleaned, and came home from his dentist with a very sore mouth.
