If I could give zero stars I would! My husband and I have been patients of Dr Matt for years. The week of thanksgiving my husbands filling fell out and I called office to make him an appt. Receptionist Pat stated your husband hasn't been here since 2019 and the dr is running a light schedule this week, so I should look for another dentist for him to go to!! So apparently this practice is comfortable leaving patients stranded and turning them away to other dentists. After I questioned her about why should would include he hasn't been there since 2019, she backpedalled and stated the dentist

Had a great experience the other day at Dr. Matt’s office. Took my 11 and 13 year old in for a cleaning. Office was very clean. Staff was helpful and got us checked in in less than 2 minutes. Dr Matt was really great with both of my kids. Did a very though exam and they both came out smiling (which never happened at our precious provider). I made an appointment for my wife and I in July. I’m not sure what more you could ask for. Highly recommend.

After going to the same dentist for 35 years, upon his retirement, it was time to find a new practice. At my son's suggestion, I made an appointment with Dr Eannaccone. I cannot say enough good things about the care that both my husband and myself have received. Dr Eannaccone is supported by a caring, helpful and skilled staff. My search has ended happily for me and my extended family.

Unprofessional and unfriendly administration. As a first time patient I was sent a sign-up form and a note with my 8:15am appointment. Upon arriving at the practice at 8:15am I was brusquely told my appointment had been cancelled because it was actually at 8:00am and I had not responded to calls. The frontdesk administrator insisted my appointment was at 8:00am even when I showed her the card the practice had sent me with a time of 8:15am. Her only proposed solution was for me to reschedule. I hope the dentistry is more professional than the administration but I won't be finding out.

Dr. Eannaccone ended up causing me to lose my tooth. He recommended that I get a second root canal on it, which I saw an endodontist for, and when I came back to him for the crown he perforated my root. I got it filled with cement but after 3 years the tooth gave out. I ended up having a major infection and needed the tooth removed. I would have thought that the simple procedure of putting in a post for a crown would be easy for an established dentist.

I'm sure he's fine with adults and he seems nice. But we took our children to him because his website says he's a "family dentist." I guess it's fine for cleanings but otherwise he's not a family dentist. He doesn't even have an x-ray mouthpiece small enough for children's mouths (!!!) and he doesn't fill children's cavities. We're headed back to our old family dentist who is actually a family dentist. I was hoping to find one closer to home, but this won't work for us.

Good guy, very gentle which is what is important to me. The women that run his office are thorough and polite, friendly. I need friendly before I go into the dentist, not a low stress time for me but Dr E is reassuring, explains everything thoroughly and as I mentioned, very very gentle. I highly recommend him.
