Jay has performed two inspections for me over the past few months. He is professional, knows his stuff, shows you where the issues are and how to solve them. Jay responded on the first phone call, twice, when others didn’t or had full mailboxes. He was honest, professional, and very thorough! He saved us from a nightmare purchase and almost immediately provided a great inspection experience with a home we are closing on. He was personable and explained things to us in a polite and educated manner! The inspection reports, again very thorough, were provided within 24 hours or less! I had Jay do a home inspection for me recently and he was great. Identified issues that I thought I would have noticed but didn't! There were things like a hole in the side of the building (I didn't even notice when I first looked at the home), some peeling paint, and other concerning issues that can make the home unsafe. Highly recommend Jay if you need an inspection in New Hampshire.

I am a first time homebuyer up in Weare, Nh. Got recommended Mr Cote. Sent him to the wrong address by mistake on a HOT day, lol sorry Jay. Super cool guy, Veteran, family man. It was a great experience walking through the inspection with Jay! He was on time, professional, courteous, thorough, humorous at times and very knowledgeable. It was great sharing stories with another veteran, as well.
