Radon is a dangerous gas that comes from the decaying of Uranium in the ground. It is naturally a gas and can be inhaled, eventually leading to lung cancer. It is the second leading cause of lung cancer behind smoking and ahead of second hand smoke. Riley Knox did a very thorough and professional Inspection of a house my wife and I are buying. He checked everything from the foundation to the roof. The report he provided covered every category from the appliances , electrical, plumbing, roof, decking, heaters, infrascan for leaks, water heater, oil heater and so on. He spent hours checking every possible section of the house and the outside property for even the slightest issue which could cause problems down the rode plus he offered advice on who could fix the issues he pointed out. We are very happy that we hired Know Home inspection.

Had a great experience with Riley yesterday during the stressful time of buying my first home. As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions going through our inspection of the property and Riley was more then glad to share his knowledge and ensure I was understanding what he was finding and was sure to go into extra detail about what would need to be done to rectify any issues we found and let me know the severity. Riley was recommended by our realtor as the best inspector in the area and he absolutely lived up to the expectations! His inspection was very thorough, checking every detail, and also very informational for us, as he took time to explain us in detail about all the appliances and features we were not familiar with. He literally climbed up the roof to check the condition up close, and then used a drone to also check the top of the chimney.
