The placed burned down once. Should have stayed that way.
I'm not quite sure what happened to them, but they somehow went from bad to worse. From a guy that simply answers the phone with "Helloooo?" (without saying who they are) to the cashier being reluctant to a hand over more than 1 fork for 3 meals. The fried rice tastes like, well...nothing because it has no taste. They could use a basic English and math class because they've twice tried to "forget" my change. Let's home Stoneham opens up some more take out places, fast.

Just going to say that the people here are beyond rude and could care less about their customers. I called to not even ask for a refund but to tell them my wife found a hair in the rice. I was just letting the guy know immediately got an attitude and was told to stop playing games. After going back and forth to try to have him understand he eventually hung up on me. Will never go back here again and really urge people to try somewhere else. There are many many choices to choose from then the food here that wasnt even that good.

I’m sorry to right a negative review. I went to grab a quick meal and it’s hard for me to not like any Chinese food but this was bad. Pork fried rice was tasteless except for the small pieces of pork. I also found a hair in it so it immediately went in the trash. The egg rolls did not taste right. Not sure if it was the wrapper they used or the filling. They just tasted different or off. I went there as China moon closed. Maybe it was just an off day?

First time trying them , due to them being local. Got home and the food was disgusting ! Crab Rangoon tasted spoiled , Quarter size amount of chicken in the chicken fingers , General Gaos chicken was inedible. So so disappointed, now laying in bed feeling sick to my stomach..

I love this restaurant very much. there is a friendly feeling. The meals are very tasty. the service is efficient and the crew is trained. The pay is honest. profoundly recommend.

Food was horrible. Crab rangoon was spoiled, chicken fingers were 90% dough with a sliver of chicken, boneless ribs were mostly fat, beef teriyaki didn't even resemble meat. Pregnant wife called for a refund and was told no refunds but she could try something else if she wanted to drive the food back to the restaurant. Never again.

I wasn't expecting the food to taste like the authentic food you would find in nearby Malden; but even for a typical suburban American-Chinese take-out place; the taste of the food was quite below the average for the area. Menu is your regular Americanized/Chinese take-out fare. I decided to order chicken and broccoli from them; and I was quite disappointed to see that they only gave me 4 tiny little slices of chicken without the broccoli or vegetables. The cost was $10; i think that this is poor value and maybe a bit misleading. Maybe drive just a little further to Malden Center and you'll find

I am so very disappointed in this place since I get my food there a lot. They were so rude to my daughter when she asked to pay extra for substitution of appetizers as it states on the menu. They told her to get out of their restaurant when she went in to complain and speak to a manager. I will never go into their restaurant again. If that's the way they treat their customers I am surprised they are still in business. How dare they treat a paying customer like that. The menu and service were ahead of our expectations. We absolutely enjoyed the environment of this place. Awesome spot to take my family out for dinner.

I was so disappointed with what I just got. Undercooked chicken wings, pan fried noodles that look like they spent less than 10 seconds in the pan, and the most flavorless lobster sauce I've had. This place used to be great, so this was fairly disappointing.
