We have worked with Craig, of Advent Property Management for over 7 years in managing our rental property, located in San Diego, which consist of 9 units! Whether, one of the units is in need of replacing a carpet, replacement of a refrigerator, screening for new-incoming Tenants, or inspecting the soon to be vacant units. One of the worse experiences I have had to date. I own several rental properties and I decided to work with Advent Property Management to have them manage my three-bedroom condo. In the past, I was able to find a tenant within two weeks for this property; however, after two months of listing my property with Advent, they did not send me one referral so I requested they cancel my listing contact. I was then able to find a tenant within five days myself.
