PDA has been a recognized leader in the area of aseptic processing and sterilization for more than 70 years and offers a wealth of educational and technical resources to promote product quality and safety. PDA is active in the biopharmaceutical and biotechnology arena, providing education and resources on those technologies that use living cells or genetic material to treat a condition or illness (e.g., genetic disorders, tissue replacement/repair, cancer treatments), biosimilars and antibody therapeutics, and cell line maintenance and production technologies.
PDA is dedicated to helping companies ensure the quality of pharmaceuticals by maintaining data integrity and improving quality culture. Educational and technical resources are available to assist our members in proper management of raw materials and delivery of final product and in working efficiently and effectively with CMOs/CROs/CTLs.
