Great customer service. I had a minor problem involving a reaction to an ingredient and they fully replaced my prescription for free! They were responsive, polite, and insightful. Very knowledgeable, customer-focused, and friendly staff. First time I went here for a prescription they stayed late on a Friday before a long weekend so I could get my prescription and provided more detail on the drug my doctor prescribed.

I dealt directly with Zack, the owner of Capital Compounding in Bethesda, to have a very important prescription filled. Zack and his staff were responsive, honest, and incredibly generous to me. The remarkably hospitable and generous treatment I received from this gentleman, was an unexpected boost on a day when I was very sick with Covid-19. It lifted my spirits and I was able to get the vital medicine I needed on the same day (my awesome wife picked it up but they had it ready exactly when they said it would be).

This is an extraordinary company that really cares about its customers. The pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable and committed to making sure his clients receive personal attention and impeccable service. Over the years I've probably used a dozen different compounding pharmacies in New York, California and the Washington DC area, and I can tell you that- Capital Compounding is in a league all its own. Really, I can't say enough good things about this place. I know I sound like a commercial but it's truly how I feel. Highly recommended.

Excellent, professional, personal, prompt service. I have tried every over the counter method of treating hair loss. Working with Capitol Compounding’s Dr Zachary Phillips and his staff has been a complete pleasure. The professionalism and ability to accommodate what appeared to be an emergency to us, was beyond outstanding. I was referred to this pharmacy by a physician on the west coast, and I live in a distant state. Seemed odd to me, but whatever. Speaking with the staff, it was soon obvious why a physician on my coast would want to continue using them. Unfortunately for me, they are not licensed here and could not legally ship my prescription. I searched up and down for someone who could compound my (apparently unique) prescription. The pharmacist, Zachary, spent way too much time finding someone in my area and instructing them how to properly formulate my prescription. They had to order some ingredients, but

Today I had a wonderful experience working with Zach at Capital Compounding pharmacy. My background is customer service. I understand and recognize great customer service. It was getting late in the afternoon and I really needed my prescription to be shipped today. Zach went above and beyond to make that happen. He also asked me several questions about my condition to be sure that I was getting the correct compound. His desire to help me was amazing. I highly recommend Capital Compounding Pharmacy.
