Each of the team sales nutritionists or consultants are like your friends, yes they want your business but they are sure deserve it.
Shopping experience is like you want to come back just to be there, they make sure that you are being taken care of.

I have been doing business with Village Green for many years after my son was diagnosed with autism and I was also having health issues. They have a great selection
of natural health products and I love that they are local and reasonably priced so that I may pick up products when needed right away; however, they also have quick shipping when needed. I've had an issue with management in the past. They listened to my complaints and made improvements in a timely manner which made me feel valued as a customer. Generally, the staff is friendly and caring and very knowledgeable.

Very easy to find what I was looking for, thought the sale was good. My only compliant is one item that was on back order with 3 letters written next to it which was unreadable. I had to call up Village Green for more info , lady taking my call was very helpful checking on my item and letting me know when to expect it. I went here in search of something to help with my inflammation when I get allergy shots so I can stop taking antihistamines, and the pharmacist recommended arnica (pill and topical) and bromelain (pill). Just tested it out today and WOWWW it's unbelievable. I took the pills 20 minutes before the shots and before I even applied the topical ointment, the nurse said, wow whatever you took is incredible, it's pushing the inflammation right to the surface. They are flexible, prompt, thorough, communicative, attentive, and they have NEVER made a mistake or made me play monkey-in-the-middle with my provider. I have dealt with this pharmacy before it was sold. I hope Marc Isaacson reads this review. The staff is arrogant and could not care less about customers. I have in the store THREE times to order special water. During the lock down the staff said that the vendor does not have certain sizes, I asked them to order it. I cannot get anyone on the phone, so I travelled down there a second time. Profuse apologies, this time they swore they would take care of it, I gave them my phone number - It has been six weeks, at least, and I have not heard from anyone. I have never written a review before but I felt I had to now. I received the worst customer service at the check out ever. The most unprofessional people at check I have ever experienced. I have NEVER been spoken to and treated so horribly while I was paying. I will never go back after being treated and spoken to so horribly by a paying customer. Ever! These guys are educators, and this is no easy topic to become proficient at, so its really nice when you have so many options to have this kind of experience where you can learn what is meant for what, and which brands are known for their standards, which supplement might have interaction with others. I mean consult your Dr for sure, but supplements is an untapped resource that most folks avoid since its a maze of mis information so I was grateful to get some guidance and now that I have learned some on my own, I am super glad this is the spot where that journey began! Village Green is awesome! We have been using them for years for our prescriptions and especially our medicines that are Compounded. That department especially is so helpful and nice. A few years back we moved a little further away and started getting our medicine delivered. Customer service like that never happens at CVS.
I also buy vitamins and makeup there. It was the first place I found Ecolips, my favorite lip balm. Try it once and you will never switch back!
