Attempted to schedule a tour twice. The first time I fortunately double-checked that we were on the schedule to find out someone had misplaced my appointment, so they had to reschedule me. However a few hours later they called me to let me know they wanted to go home early so they had canceled my appointment, great... So I rescheduled again for next week. The day comes for my appointment again, and I call in advance to confirm. Nobody picks up, I head over to the apartments anyway for my schedule time and nobody was there. Do not bother trying to schedule a tour let alone renting here given the

We lived in a one bedroom apartment for 8 months while our home was being built. The rate was raised to almost $2,000 per month. When we moved out we left it much cleaner than when we moved in and have tried for over a month to get our deposit back. We kept being told it was mailed and be patient but after a month we asked them to reissue a check and were told it would cost us $35. We were frustrated but said fine and asked when we could come to the office to pick it up and they said a day or two. That was 10 days ago and when we called they gave us the same runaround. We still don't have

I cannot strongly enough warn you- do not rent here. When we moved in last fall the apartment was not clean to our standards. The carpets were covered in dog hair, so we cleaned the place ourselves before moving in. In April of this year my boyfriend, who is in the military, got orders to report to Texas in one month. We gave the apartment our notice & took care to thoroughly clean our place after we moved out in order to get our deposit back as well as to leave it in better condition than when we found it. After calling the management several times a few weeks later asking for the status of our

We had some difficulties because of a family member getting COVID. Which during this time you would think people would be more lenient. We offered to put the deposit on it to hold it and Rebecca, failed to inform us that she moved someone else in the apartment that we applied to first.

I would strongly advise anybody looking for an apartment to avoid legacy at 50th. While the apartments themselves are fine, they consistently increase rent. We have been here for almost 9 months, during which time they have increased twice - first by $50 then by an additional $60. They claim that this is to keep in line with the market rate, but I highly doubt it. They are gouging their tenants going into the holiday season in the midst of a pandemic, when many folks have lost jobs. Disappointing. Again, please avoid.

I lived in a 1x1 unit for a year at Legacy at 50th and my experience was great! I lived in Boise for 3 yrs and this apartment was amazing compared to others I have lived in. Nicole at the front desk was awesome to work with as well and she is very kind and responsive. The place there is right along the greenbelt and the river which is super neat! It was like a gem tucked away in the back and quite peaceful. I really enjoyed my stay there and would highly recommend. Was sad to leave due to work during the pandemic but hope to come back soon!

The way a property management company treats you at the end of a lease is always very telling of the company's character. I was a resident of a Realty Asset Management (RAM) property from 2019-2020 and this was my move out experience.
My deposit for my quaint apartment with RAM was $600. The highest deposit I've ever paid for an apartment on 5 separate leases throughout WA, ID, and AZ. Didn't think too much of it, assumed I'd get most of it back minus standard carpet cleaning fee. However, once I received my move out statement, it was made clear this predatory company was out

Love it here ,except for the fact that our apartment seemed clean but upon closer inspection we found dog hair EVERYWHERE. Otherwise seems very well kept. Quiet area. Police department is walking distance. Greenbelt right behind apartments. Everything is relatively close driving distance. There is also a church walking distance. Only a few months in and overall pretty happy. Will update if anything changes. Parking is first come first serve but there is plenty of parking never had issues.

We rented at Legacy at 50th for half a year while finding and closing on our home. Rent was around 900 a month (we have pets otherwise cheaper). It was a very nice and quiet area and pet friendly with plastic bag dispensers and trash cans in the grassy areas. Parking is first come first but we never had an issue. Close area is safe although I would not recommend going on the Green Belt at night.
