All American Realty and Investment Group is a full-service real estate brokerage and property management company servicing the Emerald Coast. We specialize in helping military personnel rent out and manage their home. As veterans ourselves, we understand the needs of our nation's military service members and veterans and we strive to exceed your expectations.

We've worked with All American Realty for a few years now and there's nobody else who's handled our rental properties and performed to the level of Tony and his employees.
We know that relationships are the foundation of real estate, and are always looking to expand our family!. Current property owners are eligible to refer a new landlord to our company for one months' waived management fee. Fee is waived the month the home is successfully rented out. Licensed real estate agents are also eligible to receive a $250 for referring property management clients upon successful rental.
Each person over the age of 18 who intends to reside in the dwelling must submit a separate application regardless if their income/credit is being used to determine eligibility. Applications must be filled out completely and electronically submitted. Application fees ($45 per applicant over the age of 18) must be paid prior to processing the application.
All American Realty & Investment Group sends payments to owners via ACH. The ACH transfer eliminates paper checks, speeds up payments and is a more secure method to deliver payments. In order to complete this set up we need your bank account number and routing number. This information will be kept secure and not shared with any other vendors.

All American (AA) is All You Need! As a retired military veteran and frequent renter I have seen it all. The good, the bad, and the ugly when it comes to property management. Tony, Mandi and the whole All American team are simply outstanding. Outshining all previous property management companies. From the ease of the first inspection to maintenance issues to personal circumstances needing a mid-lease adjustment; AA was supremely responsive, compassionate, and understanding. A five-star review only because six stars not available.

All American reality is a good management company. They usually respond pretty quick. One of my properties is with this management company. The prices are reasonable. Even have there own handy man/ repair guy for small fixes. If you’re military go with this company. Save yourself the headaches with the other companies out there.

I’ve been using All American Realty for about 8 months now. An issue came up where some upkeep required by the tenant wasn’t performed, which led to a maintenance issue. The tenant was clearly responsible, and Anthony’s team held the tenant accountable; when there was pushback, he worked with me to find a mutually agreeable solution preserving the long term tenant relationship. So far it’s been a better, more informed experience than with my previous management company.

All American Realty and Investment Group has been responsive and professional while we have lived in a rental managed by them. They were clear re: expectations in the beginning, they explained everything in detail and their online website is easy to maneuver and provides a one stop shop for all your needs. With most entities there may be one or two things that you can comment on that need improvement but that is not the case with All American Realty and Investment Group. We highly recommend and wish there were more like them.
