Mary Ward took care of the house while we moved from the area and had to rent it out. She came as a recommendation to us since our previous property manager didn't check on the property. It ended up being vandalized and went months without a tenant. Mary fixed our house up and got a renter in within month! When we had our renters move she quickly got someone in within 2 weeks, allowing us to not have a lapse in rental income. She managed our property for over 6 years and did a fantastic job!

Clearly, I don’t care that it’s “Mary Ward Properties parking only.” It’s a public parking plaza, get over yourselves. Edited to add: And where was the courtesy and respect when you left a note on my car asking if I could read when I was 9mo. pregnant and there was absolutely NO ONE in your parking spaces besides an employee. You are a joke for a “business owner”.

I had a fantastic experience renting with Mary Ward. We left because we bought a house-but I would recommend renting from them to anyone! All the staff were very kind and accommodating. They were upfront about the deposit and what to expect. I got my entire deposit back other then a carpet cleaning fee (mentioned in the lease and very standard if you have pets and rent anywhere!) and feel very happy with my experience!

Wish I could give this company 0 stars. Never seen such unprofessionalism. Today I was in a hurry for a nail appointment next door and parked a spot over in their parking, I come back and one of the employees there took a sticky note to my car saying "can you read? Mary ward parking only" so just for clarity I've been a business manager before so YES I DEFINITELY CAN READ and I also know if you're going to run a business you should have at least an OUNCE of class. Way to make an a** out of yourselves I'm actually a really understanding person so I'd much rather prefer a tow over a disrespectful

almost impossible to handle rental, repairs, etc. The tenant who was
occupying my place left with out letting me know, leaving the place
unlocked. My real estate agent got me in contact with Mary Ward, from
the first contact I was amazed how professional and caring she was.
Science we went trough few tenants, updates and repairs, she would
take care of every thing and send me pictures showing how things turned
out. Every time my tenant calls for any thing at all, I am contacted by her
assistant Crystal, she send me

Mary Ward ran my rental property for over 8 years without any problems. She was courteous with my tenants, completed their requests promptly, kept me well informed of my property's condition, did flawless administrative work and bookkeeping, and when the time came for me to sell the property, she did that too!
