Prior to starting Premier Home Inspections, Jeff worked as a Firefighter, EMT, and home inspector with Pillar To Post home inspections located in Macon, Ga. When Jeff is not inspecting homes he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, exercising, catching up with friends, and hiking with his dog Murphy.

I recently had a new roof installed and had some concerns with the installation after addressing it with the contractor and not being heard I called Premier to have a professional unbiased opinion. Jeff contacted me and sent Randy out the same day. They confirmed my concerns and wrote a report on their findings that next day. I appreciate their service and will be using them in the future for any home inspections.

Randy was on time and ready to go for our scheduled inspection. Randy took his time checking each room, attic, roof, crawl space, appliances, etc. While he was methodical in his approach, he did not waste time. My final report, complete with pictures, was delivered to my email inbox only a couple hours later.

Jeff was prompt, friendly, courteous, and very thorough in his inspection. He was very knowledgeable of the inspection process. He verbally shared with us some of the areas that needed to be addressed, and we were also emailed a very thorough and detailed, easy to understand report, that included photographs of areas we wouldn’t have been able to see on our own. His rates are reasonable and I would 100% recommend him for your home inspiration. We chose Premier because of the excellent reviews on Google and Jeff lived up to those positive reviews!

DISAPPOINTED!!
One of the flappers completely disintegrated when I flushed the toilet. It seems like only one of the exterior lights works.Several of the bulbs in the house do not work. Multiple lights does not have a cover and the wiring is exposed. We have a couple of windows with a gap at the top that light and air come through.
When we have had previous inspections, the floors were inspected also and included stains and chips but nothing was included about the flooring. I don't think he mentioned the floors at all. There is also electrical wiring outside cut and exposed.
