He is very very thorough and detailed in his inspection...does not race thru the inspection process. Was friendly and answers any questions you might have. The report was posted quickly as well, which we needed, timewise. Definitely recommend him!!!

My husband and I utilized Brandon twice for home inspections, and his professionalism was beyond five stars. Brandon is customer-oriented, punctual, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. I don’t even know Brandon on a personal level, but I love him dearly 😂. He was very prompt and I mean he was there about 20-25 mins early. He is very precise and took his time and picked up on this that of course I didn’t see. Highly recommend this business.

Brandon is very professional, yet personable. Inspection for my prospective home was scheduled promptly and was very, very, VERY thorough. The report was generated and forwarded quickly. The in-depth report left no stones unturned. He then followed up with a phone call to address all questions and concerns and provide informative insight into the majors and minors of home construction and necessary improvements that were needed.

Not sure how good this guy is. He couldn't figure out how to turn my fireplace on for my home inspection and didn't even try to contact us to ask. Also basically told my buyer to replace the furnace just because it was old. It's been functioning just fine for me and I get it serviced 2 times per year.

We wanted to have a house inspection done and BH was recommended to us by a friend. Brandon Hedgecock was available on a weekend for us and came out the next day. Pricing was fair and comparable to other inspectors.
This gentleman took his time. Almost three hours he spent carefully inspecting the home. He tested all the systems and pointed things out along the way. Mr. Hedgecock remained professional and thorough, but was also friendly and personable.
