John is a Board-Certified Master Inspector. Born and raised in Augusta, Georgia, John prides himself in being a personable, educational inspector. He holds certifications from InterNACHI, International Code Council, and the International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants (IAC2). It is his goal to make you informed, confident and secure in your home buying decision.
At Legacy Residential Solutions, we pride ourselves on our fantastic team that provides their clients with a seamless and professional residential home inspection throughout the CSRA. Coupled with on staff home inspectors, and an excellent help desk, our clients have peace of mind that they can receive quick feedback to any questions needed.
Other than peace of mind, all inspections come with a detailed written report with pictures and are delivered via email, fax, or postal mail within 24-48 hours, under normal circumstances. A copy can also be provided to your agent if you so wish. If you need a home inspection in Augusta, GA or anywhere within the CSRA metro area, we would be glad to have you as a customer.
The approximate square footage of the home (the size of the home is a good indicator of the length of time needed for the inspection). Once repairs on your home have been made, we will return to the home to assess the repairs requested for quality materials and workmanship. This "Re-inspection" is conducted at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE!
Re-Inspections offer peace of mind to homebuyers and owners that all the defects and damages in the home have been repaired. If you are selling or buying a manufactured home, then most likely a foundation certification will be required. For all FHA and VA loans, an engineer's foundation certification is required.

We used Mr. John for all 3 stages of our new construction. He was absolutely AMAZING! He was through and communicated all of his concerns with our builder. He also came back to make sure everything was done perfectly the day we closed. Highly HIGHLY recommend him if you’re needing a home inspection!

Such a great inspection company, I am a licensed REALTOR@ and use them on all of my personal investment properties and they are a company I suggest to my buyers as well when they need a home inspection. They are very details, the inspector will take the time to explain anything they notes, and will come back out for a re-check once repairs are completed!!

Answered on the first call and got my inspection scheduled at a time I requested so that I could be present. The inspector who came (Brandon) was timely, thorough and courteous to explain everything he found before leaving. The report was in my inbox within 2 hours from the appointment being completed. I've had the pleasure of using Legacy Residential Solutions twice for two separate home inspections. The inspection price was great and results emailed same day it was done. Inspection report was detailed and informative while not being overly wordy. Just the right amount of conciseness. Report was delivered via email the same day.
Scheduling and payment interfaces were a breeze. Appointment availability was much faster than I had expected... only took three days advance planning before the inspector was on-site.
Legacy Residential hasn't tried to upsell anything, nor been pushy with texts or emails for other services.

I wanted to leave a five star review but the inspection was not very granular. I would have liked to understand more of the point of what needed replaced and why. Specific locations where things were missing, not stating, missing pieces through out the house... Where at through out the house ? The value seemed to be great based on the feedback from the inspection ! Very quick and easy to schedule.
