Shane was very thorough, quite informative and just a nice, pleasant individual. I was really surprised at how solidly the stand behind their work ( haven't always seen that with past companies). Exceptional follow through with pictures and explanations on the report (also very quickly delivered). If I ever need another inspection, I will use them without hesitation.

Metro Augusta Inspection Service is amazing. From Jennifer’s scheduling. To Stanley’s inspection. He was 30 minutes early to the inspection. He explained the inspection and answered all of my questions. We received the full inspection that same day. I’ll recommend them in the future. Cherry on top is they’re all Veterans.

James was very thorough and professional. Since I could not be present, he took his time explaining o we the phone what he had found and how I might go about learning more about the present issues. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! We used them and found issues in the home with in the 90 days and they would not make it right. All they did was refund us the price of the inspection. We used them two other times and who knows what issues we would have also found if we closed the deal. They act like they know what they are doing and make you believe what they say but they missed a whole section of the attic and a roof leak in our home. Also water stains that should have been BIG red flags. If we had a truest home Inspector we would not have bought the home. So run as fast as you can and find a different company
