I've never had a ring break before. Not even a cheap $15 ring from any old gift shop. Not once. I purchased this beautiful, elegant blue sapphire ring from William Travis Jewelers, it is seriously lovely and I was so excited about it. I was instantly in love. It has broken five times. FIVE. The first time, it was while I was calmly driving, I wasn't even tense. They repaired it for me, and I was thrilled to wear it to DPAC for a play. It broke again. They repaired it. We loved our experience with William Travis! We worked with Brent to design a ring and it is more beautiful than we could have imagined. Brent spent a lot of time with us, was very patient, and helped us not only understand the process but was creative and added extraordinary levels of detail and engraving that make the ring truly one of a kind, reflecting all the elements we love. Getting the sizing right was a bit of an issue, but it all worked out in the end. Thank you!!

William Travis designed my engagement ring and our wedding bands...and we just love them! We came with a stone from my grandmother that we wanted to showcase, and a slight idea of the style we were looking for. He worked with us to come up with a design that felt right from the start, and that he (and later staff) seemed so excited about! I appreciated how he really listened to us but also was comfortable with giving his expert opinion. The rings turned out perfect! Totally us, incredibly unique, perfectly matching (because all the rings were cast together), and just all-around gorgeous!

My partner and I had a wonderful experience getting my engagement ring and our wedding bands made at William Travis. When my grandmother passed a few months ago, I inherited a beautiful but very old and tarnished sapphire and diamond ring. The staff at William Travis cut the sapphire down to a new size and shape and helped me find the perfect fitting for the stone that suited my taste and budget. I had a great experience working William Travis to have several jewelry repairs done as well as designing a custom pendant. Travis is very knowledgeable and friendly, and took the time to explain and discuss all of my available options, as well as provide some great suggestions and advice. All of the work was done within a week, just in time for an anniversary present. I couldn’t be happier with the pendant and the repair work done. Also, the price was very reasonable, and actually quite a bit less than I expected. We will be coming back for all of our jewelry repairs and purchases!
