Our in-house jeweler provides repair and restoration of jewelry bought from Olmaz Jewelers or jewelry already owned by the customer. Our jewelry repair services cover everything from basic repairs and ring sizing to more intensive restorations. Our focus is on high-quality work, competitive pricing and fast turnaround.

Spent so much time helping me order two cheap chains for my costume jewelry. I messed up and ordered the wrong size. When they came in and I realized it, they reordered them for me at no cost. They paid for MY mistake! And spent hours helping me with such a monetarily small purchase! And even modified my chains for free! Unbeatable customer service.

I went in to get a watchband adjusted and a service for one of my automatic pieces. Although they couldn't help me with servicing my automatic watch, they were able to help me with adjusting the links for my watch--pro bono. Elie, the proprietor, was able to quickly size my watchband to my *dainty* wrist. Everyone was super friendly and helpful throughout my brief visit. Olmaz is one of the best jewelers I have experienced. I had a piece of jewelry that I no longer wore and they took the stones out and created a new ring for me plus a necklace. Absolutely beautiful work. They are so professional and talented. I highly recommend them. They also have beautiful jewelry to choose from.

My husband and I originally purchased our engagement and wedding bands from a well known jeweler in Raleigh but after my last two interactions with Jack at Olmaz, we'll be continuing our business here! Jack and his staff are all very professional and nice and Jack goes out of his way to treat each customer like they're family. I originally entered his place wanting to have a ring reset and it came out so well that I knew I could trust Jack with redesigning my wedding band. What a wonderful surprise to find this jewelry store! I needed some advice on our grandmother's engagement ring and Jack was more than helpful. They examined the ring, checked it for stability and even cleaned it! Jack was great giving me the relative value, not an appraisal but what we could expect to sell it for. Absolutely no pressure to reset it or even purchase anything from them.

Olmaz Jewelers is a great addition to Chapel Hill. It's located in Eastgate Shopping Center, next door to the Wine Store and the new Gugelhupf Bakery.
They have a wide selection of unique jewelry for sale. I found an amazing piece for my wife this Christmas!
The space is beautiful, bright and contemporary. The sales staff were friendly and helpful with my selection. I'll definitely be back for future gifts. They also do jewelry repair and sell estate jewelry.
