When I schedule my appointment I told the person I wanted to go in for cleaning. Which that's what I thought I was going for. They didn't do a cleaning, she was pretty much just checking my teeth. Eventually telling me I needed a deep cleaning. Felt like I was being pushed too have this done. ( guess it's my fault for falling into the trap) So I put down a deposit. Went home thought about it and realized I don't want to go back there. Called for my refused. She said she will let the dr know. 2 wks passed still haven't received it. If I could I would give Westside Family Dental zero starts because they are truly awful! They may be a little cheaper but the service you get is so bad that you end up paying more down the line. Dr. Paps has done awful dental work on not just me but also on two family members. I had a root canal and crown done and ended up needing to have both redone a year later because Dr. Paps did not do a good job. I did not get any sort of refund from Westside Family Dental and ended up paying over $1000 to get the tooth fixed. The head receptionist is also quite rude! I would say that if you want to keep

Very good, professional, friendly service. I used them twice before I moved out of state, but I wish I could have taken them with me. I got a cavity filled and the procedure was quick and painless They are also very economical, and will give you an honest breakdown on what needs to be done vs. what can wait. They are awesome!

The hygienist I see here is amazing, so I hesitate to give a poor review. However I had a terrible experience having a crown put. My temporary fell off, not just once, but nearly every day during the 3 weeks I had the crown. They gave me packets of the glue to hold it in place AFTER I had to leave work early and have it put back on less than 24 hours after er it was placed. It is common enough for them to fall of that should just be standard practice!

My insurance sent me to this office b/c my family dentist was booked and I needed an emergency procedure. The office was dirty and the staff seemed bothered to help me. Upon receiving a 2.5 hour long very discomforting procedure I was told that the medicine I needed due to me being allergic to others was "not in there contract for them to wright". Had they read my chart prior to my procedure they would have known and told me however they did not even take the time to do that, so after the procedure I required 2 trips to the ER for pain relief bc once they receive your payment at west
