We visit Rehoboth frequently. We’ve been lucky enough to have a friend that has a home there so we don’t stay at hotels often. The times we have, we’ve stayed at the Bellmoor Inn or the Avenue. This trip nobody had any rooms but lucky for us Hotel Rehoboth had one left. As far as quality, I would say that all three are about equal. What sets Hotel Rehoboth above the other two was the amazing customer service that we experienced. They will now be our go too!

They booked us with a king and a pullout sofa bed but when we checked in there was no sofa bed. Their answer was we will refund you and you can go somewhere else. There was nothing else available due to peak season. The manager was awful at handling the situation. When we did complain louder they gave us a gift card and 20% off which was nothing for the enormous price we paid.
Absolutely terrible service. The shuttle runs from 9 am.to 6 pm and was hard to get a seat.
The towels had holes and were scratchy and old.
The breakfast was decent. And Rich at the front desk was nice.
