We enjoyed our time at the Oceanus. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The motel was conveniently located to stores, restaurants and the beach. Loved having the option to jump in pool before dinner.
Jean was so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks Jean for the great dinner recommendations. I look forward to visiting Oceanus again.

Great location, clean rooms, excellent value.
We've stayed in a variety of hotels and B&Bs, but the Oceanus is just two blocks from the beach, walking distance to restaurants and shopping, and is reasonably priced. Air conditioning works well, water pressure and hot water availability is excellent, and while the rooms are not cleaned daily due to COVID, fresh towels were made available and any sundries resupplied on request. Room smelled clean, and the pool area is kept neat. Staff are all courteous and helpful.

It was just a one night stay couple of blocks off the beach. Clean, comfortable well appointed at the price point and quiet. The room was compact but lacked for nothing. The AC was cold and ran without much noise at all.
As with any older town/location parking is at a premium.
You can walk to a wide choice of bars and restaurants in an area that is pedestrian friendly.
