Moved here in August 2018 and since then have had the following problems- washing machine backs up dirty water into the hall bathroom tub, upstairs neighbors had 2 adults/4kids and 2 dogs in a 2br apt., no screen in a window, upstairs broken pipe caused rain in my dining area, regular water shut offs due to clogs in the drains, power outages due to poor workmanship, no heat or air blows into master bedroom, main heater/ac unit breakdown in 100 degree weather. This place is not safe, and I don't mean the residents. We have lived here for two months, and have not been able to use the water three times for multiple days. They warn you days late that there are safety issues (gas leaks and water contamination). My son's room flooded within a week of being here because the siding around his room is shredded apart. They've done nothing. There are sink holes in the vinyl flooring in his room where you can feel yourself sinking into the floor. Worst apartment I have rented ever and will not recommend to anyone. Waiting for my lease to be over to move out. Worst leasing/maintenance staff, no one response to emergency maintenance extension. They take service issues very casually, no one comes on time to fix. Half of the time maintenance staff does not know what is causing the issue. It has been almost three months having leakage in laundry and they don't have any fix for it. Maintenance staff is full of attitude, basically they are the kings of this residential property.

I've been having critter problem in the attic for the past 6 months and telling the management every week about it. What they do is smile to my face, don't even ask my apartment number and ignore the request. I am writing this review at 5 am because I can't sleep because of the sounds of critters.

It would be great if I could get any repairs done. My front door has been an issue for over a year while maintenance sits on their little carts outside my building on their phones.

Would not recommend. We moved in at the end of 2020 and the move-in process was nothing short of dreadful. Our apartment was being "fully renovated" 1 week before we moved in, even though we were told at time of our tour that the apartment was already move in ready (they only let you tour a model apartment, not the actual unit you will be moving into). We only found out that the apartment was being renovated when we decided to do a drive by of our unit and we saw the washer and dryer ourside on the balcony. No sense of transparency or common decency from the leasing office. We were denied access

I have lived here for 3 years come August. When I say this leasing complex is filled with the most incompetent service. I mean it. I am now going on 11 months with a hole in my ceiling that needs repairing as a single mother with a 2 year old. Never again. Not to mention the money wasted on miscellaneous fees and nonsense and nothing ever being addressed. The saddest part is that they’re beautiful apartments. Do not do it.

Incompetent office staff, negligent management, inept maintenance.

Have lived here for 1.5 years now. The property is nice. Well lit at night and safe to walk around. The only complaints I have here is that the AC doesn’t work at all! Summers have been unbearable with temperatures inside the house more than outside some days. Seems to me as if the central AC was added to the apartments at a later point and so the HVAC isn’t exactly efficient. The bills are high with no cooling at all!
The other issue is the maintenance. We hardly submit service requests and try to take care of things on our own as much as possible. The very few times that I have submitted

They look nice from the out side but living here is expensive the dumpsters are always full the maintenance is hot or miss you even have to pay for your parking space WHAT ? As if you could park anywhere else. I believe there is a fee for the rec center you can't use cause Covid . But they have nice grass and shrubs they are the ones who say NEEK .
