What exactly is a Nova? A Nova starts off as a White Dwarf star. Novas are the stars that you can see in the sky and they shine considerably more brightly than the other stars do. You're probably asking "What's that got to do with personal training, or anything fitness related?" This is exactly what we do with our fitness programming.

Chris Howard is able to offer personalized workout and nutrition programs based on personal goals and needs. He incorporates in-depth health and exercise evaluations, functional training, strength training, nutrition coaching, and more to produce dramatic results for each individual client.
The New Dangerous Curves Program helps you get ready to show off your newly developed curves. It's broken down into phases, where the first 3 phases develop your ability to work harder, while developing the muscle that defines your curves. The last 3 phases are aimed at losing unsightly body fat so those curves can be seen when you want to show them off!
