After having their second home built, Jeff Tompkins and his wife realized that many home builders are getting away with unacceptable practices and taking advantage of home buyers and owners. Soon after, Jeff decided to take it into his own hands to protect home buyers and the major investments that they are making.
All of our inspection services are completed in accordance with InterNACHI and the Arizona Board of Technical Registration Standards of Practice (SOP). The General Property Inspection is for residential homes and light commercial properties, such as storefronts. To prepare a new home for a final walkthrough with the builder, a New Construction Inspection should be scheduled first.
