Jason was great ! He answered right away, gave quote up front, and didn't try to hard sell us. He gave us the price and stated his availability. He was okay with us calling around for quotes.
The inspection was done on time, and the report was very thorough. He did a great job with pictures and explanation of what is wrong and why.
I'd recommend them to anyone who is looking for a fair assessment.

We had a great experience with Jason! He performed the inspection in a very timely manner, he was extremely thorough, and the report was very detailed. This is the first experience that we’ve had with an inspection that went so positively, and that we felt 100% confident in. Our experience with Americana Inspection Services was amazing. Our inspector Jason spent hours looking over the house, he was extremely knowledgeable and explained the issues he found before he left the property. The report details outlined in his summary allowed us to address safety issues before the home purchase. Jason helped us understand the report and he was open to answering our questions. His final report was ready for us right away, which help expedite the buying process.
