When buying a house one of the most important things you can do is get a home inspection and its even more important when you haven't seen the house except in pictures and you're moving from another state like myself and family are doing. My agent recommended Craig and his company, and I couldn't be happier with the service, quick turn around, attention to detail and knowledge. Craig also answered my phone calls and answered all my questions. He's a super nice guy and easy to talk to and I would definitely recommend. If you need a home inspection, go with HIPOAZ. Craig is is amazing! My husband and I used him as our inspector when we purchased our first home. He was very thorough in his inspection process and explained his findings in great detail.
