I want to sincerely thank you for all the help that you have provided to my clients and myself. You are the best! We just wanted to say, thank you to your team for job well done in the inspection of our new home. George spend the time needed with my wife and I to understand the short falls of the property that we had not seen at that point.
In Arizona, the Board of Technical Registration regulates the practice of home inspectors and by law requires certification of all home inspectors who provide services in the state.

The certification process can take up to three months and requires at least 80 hours of accredited education, the passing of the National Home Inspector Examination, evidence of 30 parallel inspections*, submission of a completed inspection report, application fees, and proof of insurance or bonding.

George A. has been in the business for many years and his expertise and knowledge leaves for an accurate inspection report. He is not only prompt and efficient he is courteous too. Any questions before or after the inspection he is quick to respond. 5 stars for this business! Absolutely the best!

George with Adept Home Inspection helped us with our first home. We purchased a new home, built from ground up and I am so thankful to George and his knowledge of homes. Our builder made many mistakes throughout the construction of our home and had we not hired George we would have never known of the issues we had. Being a first time home buyer and considering our home was being built, we thought there would be no issues. During the phase inspections George was able to identify issues with the location of attack access and AC ceiling registers which the builders had to completely change to be up

Adept Home Inspection inspected our new home after our offer was accepted. George was amazing. He was on time and very professional, and knows his stuff. He noticed everything that was wrong in the house and gave us a great Inspection Report so that we could easily follow-up on all repairs.
The inspection report was incredibly thorough, easy to follow, and had great pictures. The inspection was also very reasonably priced which we appreciated. We would recommend Adept Home Inspection to anyone!

George Akuna owner of ADEPT came out and did a home inspection but apparently did not want to work hard to make his money. After his home inspection we found numerous things wrong with the house that even a handy man could find. It took my cox installer to notice that the house I had just purchased had a RAT problem. Thanks ADEPT for the great home inspection.
I tried contacting George about it and he basically told me too bad. His favorite line is..."not within the scope of my inspection"
If you want a real home inspector do not use ADEPT. You can hire a handy man for $50 that could tell you
