Ryan began his career as a trainer in 2003 while finishing up his undergrad at McDaniel College (Exercise Science). Ryan's injury plagued basketball career led to his interest in rehab and sports performance. Over the next seven years, Ryan gained experience in the industry in various settings such as corporate fitness, sports performance training, and consulting.
After seeing many shortcomings in the industry, Ryan's detail oriented mentality and passion for helping others fueled his desire to open Peak in 2010.

My entire life, I had passion to excel in my sports, running early in life, weight training (for body/ego purposes) and then triathlon as I settled into my mid-30's. What I didn't have, was proper body mechanics which ultimately led to poor performance and injuries. Within just a few sessions guided by Ryan Morrisey, I noticed an increase in power and efficiency as old dormant muscles came back to life. I also noticed an increase in muscle definition and better posture as a result of proper muscle activation. I cannot rave enough about the mindset and methodology of PEAK Custom Fitness!
