At last!!! A Title company that CARES and that KNOWS WHAT THE F THEY'RE DOING!! I've dealt with so many title companies in my life and my experiences have been HORRIBLE... until now! Melissa is AMAZING, she literally answered all of my emails within only a few minutes and was super responsive! I sold my house in Florida while living in North Carolina and it was the easiest closing I've ever done!! I highly recommend this company. I wish I could use them when I buy my house in North Carolina! THANK YOU MELISSA, you're a BADASS!!

All of the staff at Home Sweet Home Title were extremely professional and responsive to our needs at every stage of our home buying process. A home purchase can be stressful, but HSH made us feel comfortable by providing us with the updates and the personalized services we needed to feel at ease. I have purchased several properties in the last two years and will only do business with Home Sweet Home Title. This company is extremely professional and very knowledgeable which makes me feel at ease when investing in Florida real estate. They go above and beyond the call of duty. It’s hard to find this kind of customer service. Their fees are very reasonable and they are always available to answer any questions without making you feel uncomfortable. I have to say that I have worked with other title companies in the past but HSH title company is by far the best. The personal service and communication throughout the process is more than anyone can expect when purchasing a home. Jessica was a absolutely on top of everything and Ody made sure that everything was followed through on time. I can not thank them enough for such great service and can not wait to work with them again!

I have closed with Home Sweet Home Title on a couple of my homes to include refinances and I must say they are amazing to work with. Odalys and her staff are very competent and maintain excellent communication through the process. Marilyn and Melissa promptly respond to your phone calls and emails. The lender that processed my refinance was very impressed as well. I would definitely recommend this Title Company.

Great company with which to close your mortgage. They got back to us quickly at every call and email. Jessica treated us with great regard and at the time of closing, she took us through every number and through every question my wife and I had.
