How you feel day-to-day is comprised of many factors that all fall under a category called wellness. There are many philosophies and studies that state getting regular exercise will improve your wellness. The question is, if wellness is the optimal state of one's health in body and mind, are you getting the exercise and physical activity you need to meet that state?
The answer is no, almost 80% of Americans do not even get enough exercise let alone the proper exercise and physical activity they need to meet their wellness goals. As a society we have become limited in our functional movements as well as mobility and are confined to a desk up to 10 hours a day in order to meet work demands.

I had been going to Dr. Dan for chiropractic work for just about a year before I finally took his advice and started working out in the attached gym (Beat Fitness). He kept saying how pain and injuries will keep persisting until I start working out correctly to build and strengthen the proper muscles that our bodies are meant to use regularly. I was ready to put the time and work into living my healthiest life yet and joined the gym. That was over 2 years ago and I feel the strongest I've ever felt and rarely have to get adjusted because I have pain or an injury.

I have been working with Dr. Dan and his team at Beat Fitness for just over a year, and I have never felt better. As a yogi, I had flexibility and balance, but was looking to build muscle and challenge myself in new ways. Dr. Dan corrected my gate and movement patterns within the first few months, and the hip pain I had completely went away. My energy levels are through the roof, and I'm stronger than I've ever been. I can't believe the results I'm seeing in such a short period of time. The entire team is so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I can't recommend this place enough.... complete

This place is amazing! The GOATA way of training has rejuvenated the way my body moves and feels! I also used their nutrition and meal plan for a month and saw immediate results! I can’t recommend this place enough! The Beat Fitness team really cares about your success in reaching your fitness goals. If you’ve tried going to gyms and getting back in shape and it just hasn’t work… come to beat fitness! You’ll see the classes are high intensity, but in a good way! We have members from beginners to experts and we all push each other to improve ourselves and our bodies!

Best Ever Awesome Training - thats what BEAT stands for!
I've known Dr.Turack for a long time and always admired his passion and mission for making our lives better. we've watched all the cool workout videos and have been doing some at home but it was time to sign up for a class so my husband and i came to Beat Strength class on our Valentine's date night out. It was an UNBELIEVABLE experience! i dont go to the gyms and have never taken a class before so i was a bit intimidated and didnt know what to expect. it helped that my husband was by my side. but our trainer Brian made our workout fun,

I tried a class through classpass today and the reviews are spot on. This place has such a great vibe. The staff and the members are so nice and welcoming and laidback. The workout was super challenging but Brian gave great modifications for me and was encouraging the whole time. He also took the time to explain everything and help with my form which I so appreciated. This is definitely a place worth checking out.

I have been attending classes at Beat for the past 8 months and let me tell you I’m glad I found theses guys!! I have been working out on and off pretty much my whole life but I would always find myself sore and tight all the time. Since starting a Beat they have been working on my body mechanics and I can tell a huge difference in the way I feel. I have gained much more flexibility/mobility then I ever would of thought! If you are looking for a place that teaches you proper technique and makes working out enjoyable through a class style workout, these guys are for you!!! Make sure you stop in

Beat fitness is definitely not an easy workout but it’s absolutely worth it! I’ve always been the type of person that started working out and quit soon after. Brian, the trainer, is extremely knowledgeable, has great energy and makes every class unique, challenging and fun. Dan, owner and chiropractor has worked hard to integrate his health and wellness background into the workouts, in my eyes making this gym the total package. Having a small class setting, beat fitness gives the physical training feel without the boring one on one interactions. I can honestly say I feel happier, healthier

Amazing gym with a terrific atmosphere and top of the line equipment. I try out quite a few studios using Class Pass, and this is one of the only places that I've been back to multiple times. The head trainer, Brian, makes each class challenging but fun, and is encouraging the entire hour. Each class is divided into different circuits that will target your entire body, and by the end you'll be exhausted! I've gone to three classes so far, and can tell a huge difference already.
