This "Total Development" functional fitness class is a fusion of resistance training, cardio, sports drills and an array of new and exciting exercises to keep you continually challenged! Class is held in the main fitness area, so make sure you sign up! High-Intensity Interval Training is the quickest way to burn fat and gain muscle simultaneously.
Our goal with Personal Training is to educate you with the most effective nutrition and fitness/health regimen for your specific goals.

These goals may be short or long-term and may include: enhanced sports performance, muscle imbalance corrective exercises, functional tasks (either post or pre-surgery), postural and balance training, post-baby conditioning, just feeling better about yourself, or wowing your old classmates at your next high school reunion!Your initial meeting with your trainer will be the information gathering and testing portion of your training program.
The Training Centre is owned and managed by Sharon Schofield-Puluso. She has been a leader in the health and fitness industry for over 30 years. A Reebok, Coppertone and CitySport Aerobic Champion in Mixed Pairs, she has been a frequent lecturer at national and international fitness conferences and designed the training protocol for the Austrian National Cycling Team.

Highly Recommended! The Training Centre is an absolute local gem for health/wellness/fitness. It has a lot to offer... classes, equipment, personal training, general wellness, and the list goes on. The facility is always clean with the weights organized and the gym is never overcrowded. It allows you to get your workout in without waiting around. The owner (Sharon) is super friendly and always willing to answer any questions you may have about health/wellness. She does 1-on-1 training if you need some assistance on reaching your goals. With years of experience, she's really knows how to create

The owners and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Very well maintained, newer equipment and the gym is always very clean. I typically go in during the day and it's never too crowded. Highly recommend.
