The Awakened Fitness trainer in the Clermont area is Alex Cromartie. Alex has been in the fitness industry since 2010, and is certified as a personal trainer by the American College of Sports Medicine and a Certified Health Coach by the American Council on Exercise. In 2013 he founded Awakened Fitness to help better address the needs of clients.

I asked Alex to come work with my 90 yr old father to get him up and moving more. We have had several sessions and we are making good progress. Which goes to show, even at 90 yrs old, you feel better when you move more! Alex is super nice, encouraging and can read when my father needs a rest or to push through one more time. I would highly recommend Alex for any age and any condition! He is very knowledgeable in many areas of health and wellness and obviously exercise. Thanks, Alex - we are going to continue with our fitness goals!

I began training with Alex Cromartie from Awakened Fitness in May of 2013. Since then I have lost 23 pounds and three dress sizes. My friends have all noticed the weight loss and the muscle definition that I've gained and have commented very positively on it.
Alex pushes me just hard enough that I can't be a "quitter" simply because I'm tired, but seems to instinctively know when I've truly had enough. He's been very careful to work with me so I won't get injured during training. Additionally he's been working with me to loosen and strengthen various muscle groups and joints which has benefited
