MOBILITY - Addressing the importance of movement, range of motion and flexibility in not only performance and strength but injury prevention and recovery. STRENGTH - Ensuring proper form before weight we will build on our progress throughout the 12 week program to increase both large and small muscle strength.

CONVENIENCE - With each workout sent to your phone or computer via email and our app, you will be able to complete the 30 minute - 1 hour programs in the comfort of your own gym, on your own schedule. ACCOUNTABILITY - We check in with you daily to ensure your workouts were not only completed but that you understand the significance of even the smallest movements.

As a professional waterski athlete and educated strength and conditioning trainer in Germany, Bojan provides a strong understanding of the needs of athletes and can approach their goals while understanding the need to train around competition schedules. With certificates in Olympic Weightlifting and Functional Movement Screening he takes a full body approach for his clients and uses modern techniques to get the customers better, quicker, safer.
Functional fitness is scientifically supported as one of the best options for performance training for athletes. We provide expertise for athletes of all ages and capabilities in addition to individuals seeking better movement and overall wellness, globally with the main facility in the heart of Florida.
Radix is the Latin word for "roots" and "foundation" and we are all about getting back to the basics of great movement. We are a group of individuals dedicated to improving your health and overall well being. We use proven methods in functional performance training, physical therapy, strength and conditioning and mobility for individuals of all ages and sports.
Whether you want to tone up, trim down, eliminate pain or add endurance, we need to know where you currently are in order to have a baseline for progress. Our Evaluation will test you on numerous movements and functions of your body to determine weaknesses that need to be addressed and strengths that can be maintained or improved upon.
Whether you want to improve your body composition or grow as both an athlete and a person, RADIX Functional training is fully customized to your goals and needs. We provide individual attention in a caring community, with support for fitness. With our personalized assessment and evaluation, we explain and teach about how your body moves and how you should train specifically.

Bojan is always very dedicated and thoughtful in the way is preparing the training. Every workout is different and it is always challenging. I think joy working with Bojan and the training is already making a big difference for me. I feel great!
