Founded in 2010, Safe Life Home Health Care has grown to be more than 100 caring professionals strong and one of Chicago's cornerstones in community-based healthcare. Patients and families can have peace of mind knowing that we maintain state licensure, CHAP accreditation, and Medicare certification.
Many of the services offered by rehab facilities, nursing homes, doctors' offices, and hospitals are also available in the comfort of your own home, with Medicare paying 100%. We schedule clinicians to visit the homes of our patients multiple times per week, for weeks, and even months, to ensure recovery goes as planned.

Kari has been great at following up with me to make sure that I am being well cared for and that any questions that I have are answered. Jefferson, my nurse, is professional, friendly, and ensures that I am doing well. He answers any questions that I may have, I am fortunate to have Jefferson as my nurse.

Safe Life Home Health Care was a blessing after being in the hospital for a week for knee surgery and three weeks in the Rehab Facility. Eunice (PT), Jennifer (OT) and Farida (Nurse) are all competent and compassionate in the care that they gave me. Thank you for everything you guys did to help me get back to my normal self.

I have to say that everyone we have been in contact with has been professional, personable, knowledgable and of great help. I would definitely use them again. My wife has both a Nurse that assessed her, a Physical Therapist and Occupational Therapist that are both able to help push to her potential to get her better. This is after her being in the hospital for 6 weeks with Covid and barely moving. She is still working with them and they have helped with her becoming much stronger and breathing better. Thank You.

The transition to home care using Safe Life has been excellent. Every staff member we encountered was professional and compassionate. The therapists (Darryl - occupational and Joe - physical) as well as the visiting nurse (Sadat) were above average in the care that they provided. Herbert and I are very happy that we chose Safe Life for him.

I'm so thankful for the Safe Life medical staff. I'm 81 yrs.old and was in the hospital over a month and
I didn't get the kind of help the Safe Life medical staff has provided. I've regained my health,strength and my confidence. Anything I needed to help me get better was provided.

We received great care and attention from everyone we encountered through Safe Life. We felt very comfortable and at ease with all the staff that came to our home.
Our Nurse, PT and OT were very informative, caring and patient. The fact that the Nurse was able to communicate in our native language was extremely helpful.

Safe Life, Nurses, Office workers and Kari, I do not have any complaints. Instead I would like to extend and share a few compliments on your wonderful company.
Every time I need to call Safe Life, receptionist was very pleasant and relayed my message clearly to the proper person who would return my call in a very timely manner. Almost every nurse who was sent to me to do the wound care on my foot was very caring and knowledgeable with cleansing and changing my bandages, following my doctor's orders; even if there was a change in treatment! They were willing to order new supplies if needed.
