Nicholas is a very personable person. I appreciate his understanding of the various plan options and him helping me to understand the best option for me. Sometimes it can be very confusing understanding health plans deductibles, PPO, HMO, etc. Having Nick explain this as well as searching to find whether my health care providers are within network was a big help. Nicholas even arranged to call again to make sure I would be able to connect with the insurance provider once I made up my mind. This was, by far, the BEST experience I've had obtaining medical insurance. Louann was clearly knowledgeable, she explained everything in a very understandable way, and she was quick!! She helped me save over $200/month compared to my current plan, AND found a plan that covers WAY MORE than my current plan! I am so thankful that her contact information was shared with me.
