We are a pet friendly apartment community! We are pleased to accept cats and dogs. The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed: turtles, non-poisonous frogs, domestic hamsters, hermit crabs, gerbils, small domesticated birds, and domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable.

As a first time "apartment dweller," I feel the need to share to others what a wonderful experience I have had since moving in a few months ago.
First off, the grounds and buildings are immaculate! I mean every inch.
Second, the residents are very nice, chill, and just relatively good people...just a very laid back community.
Then there's the amenities- wow! Amazing gym, pool, clubhouse, etc. with lots of parking available. The apartment itself is very cool- new, trendy, washing machine and dryer...very impressed and I love my balcony!
And all of this wouldn't be possible without the staff

Jacob Plummer took the time to walk me around and answer soooo may question I had. He was very courteous, professional and polite, not to mention very knowledgeable of the complex and the surrounding area. We didn’t pick this complex, but ONLY because there was no children’s park, which is probably not a big deal to most, it’s just one of the little things on my list of criteria. This place is absolutely stunning, from the grounds to the clubhouse to the homes themselves. I know this will be our loss in the long run. All I can say, this is best home we’ve ever lived in. We we’re looking for a short term stay (1-2 yr) and choices we’re limited, we feel extremely blessed & happy to find Meridian @ 1010. Fantastic Floor plans, convenient Hwy access, amenities, service & staff are amazing. Super fast & friendly maintenance services, our experience with leasing staff Nancy & Jay was extremely delightful, coordinated and helped us with great patience, dignity & respect.

We just had a virtual tour with Jay and it was amazing! He had a sense of humor and answered all of our questions to a t. The staff seems as they’d be very helpful and there for us no matter what we need. We we’re very impressed with our tour even though it was virtual! I look forward to seeing personally what this community holds, we can’t wait to move in!

As a 2 month resident of the Meridian at Ten Ten I want to highlight what I have enjoyed about the apartment complex. My apartment is amazing and I have had two requests for maintenance (minor) that were fixed within a few hours. What works best for me is how quickly I can get to highway 1 in the mornings for work. Also the complex staff/management are very receptive to questions and they have routine events multiple times a month. Excellent place and location!

The first thing I look for when touring a property is its cleanliness. From the office/shared tenant spaces to the corners of a living space. I was greeted by a man named Jay who exceeded my professional expectations for an apartment property. It shows that he cares for the property and each tenant. He was full of knowledge and answered every "test" question I had with ease. Ten Ten is SO clean, has the MOST friendly staff and beautiful property. I can't wait to move!!

This has easily been the most enjoyable, hassle-free moving process I've ever had - in such a beautiful area with great sunsets. Karla made the process seamlessly convenient as well as accommodating to any questions/answers. Some construction is still going on which is typical, however - from this picture I took from my porch, it is going to be one of the most beautiful properties in the area when finished! Thanks to Karla & the team @ meridianTenTen for welcoming me to your community!

It has now been about 6 months since i moved into my apartment here at Meridian Ten-Ten and I absolutely LOVE IT! The facilities and common areas are always well kept. The staff is more than accommodating and the other tenants are very friendly! The location just cannot be beat! It has overall been a VERY PLEASANT experience and I couldn't imagine living anywhere else!

I usually don’t give five stars, but this property and it’s staff really deserve it. Well mannered, very professional, and down to Earth people. There’s nothing negative that no one can say about how Jacob, Nancy, and Devon take care of their residents. I love it, this staff is the BEST property staff on this side of the planet!
