I hate having my own place to stay at Bradford apartments and townhomes i hate this place i hate that place so i really seriously deserve magnolia place new Iberia Louisiana to always forever stay having my own place to stay in one place way more better than Bradford apartments and townhomes so that way i can stay having alot of fun living and staying by Walmart super 1 and all the rest of alot of them stores across them streets because i would never ever kill anybody

The amenities don't actually work, the indoor pool and hot tub break down constantly. not to mention there's always issues with the apartments. i've lived in two different units and both had A/C and water heater problems, once so bad that my apartment was 85 degrees for 3 and a half weeks. the elevators break down, the carpeting in the halls is… gross, the parcel pending office is always and I mean ALWAYS a nightmare overflowing with packages and just laying out. the floorboards in the apartments are coming up and separating too. it's cool being close to the publix and all but oh my god

Very upset to report a second incidence of discovering a cockroach in my apartment since living here. This is incredibly distressing, as the Bradford is marketed as a luxury apartment complex. Our experience was wonderful in the beginning, but the complex is going down hill. Carpets and finishes in public areas/hallways are noticeably wearing down. I recently went on the website to check pricing out of curiosity - my unit has gone up $200 in price from what it was 1 year ago, even though the complex has not made any improvements to justify this. I moved into this complex 5 months ago and while the tour and leasing experience was nice - I moved into a unit that was NOT prepped for someone to move in. The previous resident had, to be honest, completely trashed it and broken many things and maintenance staff had not addressed this prior to moving in. I had to call and request help many times to have these issues addressed and it felt like pulling teeth. The maintenance staff is severely understaffed and there is high turnover. You can see this reflected now as you walk around the building. It literally felt as though it was falling down around

It's been more than 2 months since my wife and I moved to Bradford. It's been good experience. The community is neat and club house is spacious. The leasing office is very supportive, especially Vanessa. She's patient and organized, from Face Time touring different units, preparing application and lease, to move-in arrangement. She made our move as smooth as possible, especially during this difficult time of global pandemic.
Amber is managing maintenance issues efficiently and always keeps us informed. Due to staff shortage, she 'borrowed' maintenance staff from other community and arranged outside

Moved in here June 2021. Had some small minor problems but nothing huge. Pablo Martinez one of the maintenance people has been AMAZING!! He is a sweet sweet man, always smiling, always willing to help and fix another thing that wasn’t on the original list.!

So my family and I have been living in the Brandywine neighborhood for the past 3 years and we went ahead and sold our house and bought a new one that will be built by the end of year. So where should we live in between? Hmmmm, what a wonderful problem to have, right?! :)
So after searching around for a few months, we finally landed on the Bradford apartments on High House and Davis Dr. I chose a 2-bedroom 2nd floor apartment for around ($1,800+ a month). Not sure if that is expensive or not, but it works for me and my budget.

Hello, this is Chloe and I have lived in Bradford for the past 8 months. This apartment boasts quality facilities and maintenance team works tremendously well. But the leasing office has some issues that eventually led me to post this negative review on this apartment. Nowadays the renovation work is underway. I don't understand why they are spending much money for repainting this pretty new apartment but I respect this if it is their policy. But the painters are creating too loud noise and I have reported complaints multiple times via email, phone talk to two representative working in the leasing

Not worth the price. Please do your research!!! To have lived in Numerous of North Ravin properties by far the worst. Old appliances, carpet needs to be pulled up and all appliances need updating. Very old and rusty! Not to mention HVAC and Electrical issues. Customer service or logistical procedures here to get things completed or asked is 0. The best part is the convenience everything else literally gets a 0 so so so disappointed.

I just moved here and I would love to let anyone who is possibly considering Bradford to know how beautiful this place is. The people are so friendly! Every time I have a question the leasing office is always so patient and very helpful! And when I need to have something fixed the Maintenance lady , Amber, is always so sweet to me and my very over excitable puppy. The amenities are gorgeous and the dog park is so nice and spacious for all the doggies to zoom around in. Highly recommend!!

Our past year and half at the Bradford has been a wonderful experience! From the spacious apartment we live in, to the amazing gym and pools, to the monthly resident events and the wonderful staff, apartment life has been like living at a resort!

Just moved into a new apartment down in Decatur and I miss my Bradford apartment SO MUCH! The natural light was unreal, the staff was incredible, and if I could bundle up that amenity package and transport it here I'd be in heaven!

It is hands down the best apartment. I have traveled due to the military and have lived in a variety of states. There is no apartment like Bradford unless you want to pay a high price downtown. Bradford is affordable, clean, great quality and many amenities. Bradford has a great suburban family location with many opportunities for dining, shopping, and meeting new people. They also host COVID friendly events. This is your start to a vacation-feel home!

One of the best places to live in Cary. We have more than three years living here and We renewed the contract one more time because the location is perfect and close to many restaurants and super markets including Publix next door. We love the amenities! The Staff is amazing and so helpful ! and Vanessa Caro is one of the team members who is always there to help us on any request.

Just loved every single thing about this place! I currently live in Dallas but am moving to North Carolina for a job in a few months and this place checked out every single box that I had. The amenities that they have are just amazing and the office staff there is so friendly and I left with a smile knowing this is the place to live! The community is just in a wonderful location next to a bunch of food options which is a big thing for me.

I've been living here for three years and property management has changed tremendously! No one in this building is helpful nor courteous to the residents that live here! Venessa and and Meagan specifically are rude,inconsiderate, disrespectful, and my no means honest about anything we discuss. This is the worse property hands down when it comes to customer service! DO NOT MOVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT! LOSING money orders, ignoring Maintenance request, charging late fees during covid and harassing residents is not acceptable. They tout the amenities as their strength when you tour the property. However, you'll discover the amenities are poorly maintained . Pool was closed for weeks in 2019 because they failed an inspection. The hot tub has been broken multiple times often for at least a week. None of the cardio machines have a working TV. Location is in the middle of no where. Nothing is open past 8pm. Parking is annoying because they charge a fee to park in the garage, and few people will pay over $100 a month to park in Cary. They all get 5 stars. I have personally had experience with Megan, Beverly, and Vanessa and the bad reviews about them could not be far from the truth. They are very caring and understanding. They worked hard to help solve the issues we encountered when our car was towed (not their fault) and also when our water heater didn't get hot enough? The maintenance came right away and fixed it within minutes.

This community is extremely beautiful and in a safe area. It is conveniently located to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. The entire office staff is friendly and eager to help you in any way. Vanessa is always cheerful and makes everyone feel welcome. Maintenance is quick to respond to any outside the building or apartment issues that arise. Community activities are planned for the residents and the fitness amenities are up to date and well kept. A lively Zumba class is available each week offering a fun way to get in shape and meet your neighbors!
