I am relocating back to the area in a few months and have started my apartment search. Happy to say that I have found my new home! The apartment I looked at was perfect with huge closets and a gorgeous kitchen. Jessica showed me around and answered my many questions, she truly is an expert on the area. The location is ideal, the apartments are beautiful and Jessica is awesome- can’t wait to move in!

Edit: Manager reached out the next day and assured me that the dryer would be fixed. Still a senseless policy that should be reconsidered and still disappointed that I had to spend my time and money to get my clothes dried when there is no logical reason to not allow a paying tenant access to a vacant apartment's dryer. Updated the rating based on the service I got from the maintenance crew.
Trash management. This place has the audacity to sell you a "luxury" apartment that will have messed up floors and cheap appliances. My dryer broke and I simply wanted to use a vacant apartment to dry my soaked

We moved in here in the middle of 2020 craziness and have had a good experience so far. We like the pool area a lot and have met and become friendly with most of our neighbors. The location is nice and we walk to dinner sometimes which is nice. Maintenance has been quick and friendly so far. Worth taking a look at if your moving in the area.

From applying to moving in The Bristol Team made the entire process very easy and pleasant. I enjoy my short commute to work and cannot say enough positive words about how much I love living in this community. I have a dog and staff and neighbors are very nice to her and other residents with pets take good care of their pets and clean up after them as well which is important to me. The third-party valet trash team tries to be as quiet as possible and are friendly as well. It is clear that the staff have good relationships with their third party vendors which says a lot about the quality they are

Our experience at the Bristol from initial tour to our soon to be move out has been great! The staff is patient and provides excellent customer service. The maintenance staff responds quickly and resolves any issues you may have. The leasing staff is knowledgeable and friendly. This community is very pet friendly. Your furry friend can even go into the office with you and get a treat :) There is a walking trail that takes you to the shopping center where the Bristol Connection card you receive gives you discounts at many stores/restaurants. It's been a wonderful being part of this community!

The location is amazing and the staff is super friendly. Noise has never really been an issue as I live on the top floor and have had pretty quiet neighbors for the most part. Anytime I have had to call maintenance, they have fixed the issue and were very communicative. Although I’ve never been able to come to any, they have plenty of fun events at the clubhouse. The amenities are great - gym is small but you can get a decent workout in with no crowd. They also partner with a lot of the local stores in Park West so you get some nice little discounts as well. Definitely reccomend!

Living at the Bristol for the second time. First time was great, lived there for two years. The staff then, and now is very nice and communicative. The services are prompt, usually done within 1-2 days of the request going in. The valet trash is awesome, and makes apartment living a hair easier. Both times we have lived here, we do not have any tenants above us and only share 1 wall with another tenant. The noise isn't so bad, and maybe we are just lucky to live next to quite folks. The fitness center is small, but generally not busy and you can get a fairly decent workout in there.

The Bristol Apartments is a great apartment community. The leasing office staff are always welcoming and helpful. The complex is dog friendly, with a dog park and a greenway for walking. Always plenty of parking close to your door. Maintenance staff is responsive and friendly. Leasing office holiday and social events are a plus.

I had a pretty good run at the Bristol. I mean the only downsides came after I left. What kept it from being great was the frogs ,constant insect invasion and a copper head snake that found its way in to the lower levels of the floor. Also it is right behind a train track so that would make it difficult to go to bed early. However it was a good experience despite these road blocks. The thing that made me change my review from 4 stars to 1 star was the shady after move out practices. The 25 dollar cleaning fee was one thing, but asking us to pay 365 dollars for a new fridge door was a bit excessive
