I've held my Georgia Real Estate Broker license since 2004 and began my career with Keller Williams Realty. In 2010, I expanded my services offered and started Jilot Real Estate exclusively for residential leasing & property management.

We were introduced to Todd Jilot and his firm, about 5 years ago when we were looking for someone reliable and knowledgeable with property (particularly condos) in the Alpharetta area. We had two properties at the time and he has always worked hard for us and did a quick and thorough job of finding new tenants as needed. Fees are reasonable and we just recently utilized his services as a realtor and completed a quick and successful sale.

We worked with Todd for three years who property managed our rental home. He did a great job finding us new tenants quickly, screening them properly and filling the house with very little downtime. Whenever there was a maintenance issue he would fix it promptly for the tenants, at a good price for us and always had reliable suppliers to fix any problem. Todd is down to earth and a man of his word. I would strongly recommend Todd for your property management needs.

My sister (Jayme) and I rented a property from Todd Jilot for 3 years and Todd was very inconsistent, unprofessional and lacked integrity throughout our lease. Even after greatly maintaining the property for 3 years and upholding our commitment to paying rent on time, submitted maintenance orders were still left unresolved. Todd usually communicated when it was convenient for him and his company, showing minimal regard for the upkeep of the owner's home. The property is very beautiful with minor plumbing concerns, we would have stayed if it was managed by another company. I have attached pictures

Todd and his team are very professional. They are extremely timely when it comes to addressing tenant concerns. I have worked with them for about 4 years and have had positive experiences as a renter. Their online processing of payments and maintenance concerns is seamless. If I had a need to rent in the future I would definitely look for Jilot Real Estate.

If I could give them negative stars I would. I stayed at one of their properties located in East Point, GA. They were absolutely the worst landlords I have ever had. We dealt with rodent issues, structural issues with the house, and a mildew problem that they were never responsive to.
My wife and I were living here when our first child was born so keep in mind we had to endure all of these issues with a newborn in the house. When it came time to return our security deposit, they found a way to keep 95% of our money by charging excessive cleaning and lawn care fees despite the conditions we had
