THE ABSOLUTE WORST PROPERTY MANGAGEMENT COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF DEALLING WITH!
As an ower they do not respond to your requests for call backs.. When I try to resolve errors on my account they tell me I have to speak to someone and and whoever that person is NEVER calls back. I talk to their main office in Phoenix and no one knows anything. They dont know who their contact is at the association, dont know how I can get ahold of anyone. It's pathetic.

Property Owners should never contract with this management firm. They are not vigilant to find tenants. 1st, they ignored our showing requests for days. Then, after a long very poor communication process with Micki, she failed to show up at the property. My time is valuable!

I have been living in my property that I own for 2 weeks now and I have no idea where my mailbox is. I only discovered my parking spot from a friendly neighbor. The HOA didn’t provide me any info on how to pay them or any answers on basic needs (mailbox, parking, trash pick up, etc) I sent e-mails, phone messages, and texts. No response. Horrible service and unfortunately if I could do it again I would not buy the property purely to avoid dealing with this company. Still haven’t heard anything. My realtor also reached out with no response. RUN from this company, please.

THE WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EVER. DON’T LIVE HERE IF YOU DON’T WANT TO DEAL WITH THINGS THAT I AM LISTING BELOW.
To start, the unit we lived in was covered with mold. We contacted the property manager many times but they kept avoiding dealing with us. They even said ”WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR HEALTH” even though our unit was covered with mold which obviously affects our health. They finally got back to us after many attempts (over one month) but all they did was came to the unit and wiped mold off and left a gigantic dehumidifier to dry the walls for a week. This huge dehumidifier

My experience with Property Advantage was a very positive one. The real estate agent, Veronica was very kind in showing us available units. She had very good conversation and wanted to ensure that we would feel welcomed and safe within the neighborhood. Her guidance confirmed that finding a good home was very possible. I absolutely recommend if your looking for housing options within the SD area.

I am not surprised to see other reviews mentioning the rudeness of the manager, Veronica. I have never dealt with anyone this unpleasant. She’s very unprofessional and rude. She seems to lack even basic customer skills. Not sure how she’s able to hold the job...
As for my apartment, I was the first tenant after they redid them and to my surprise they managed to mess the water up so that it always comes warm out of the tap. They’ve come to fix it many times and it seems like the water is cooler but I doubt that the cold water was actually cold as in winter it should
