The Platinum Package is our premium inspection which includes our unique Indoor Air Quality Assessment and a 32-Point Safety Check. This is the most comprehensive inspection in the business. Our Gold and Platinum inspections are detailed inspections following Internachi's international standards of practice for performing a general home inspection.
H2H Inspectors are certified and experienced in inspecting commercial properties, office buildings, and multi-family properties. We are detailed in our inspections to insure you have a full understanding of the property you are investing in. We also write our reports in a way that gives you a clear picture of what you will need to complete your transaction with confidence.
A New Construction Inspection identifies issues that should be rectified by the builder before you move in. Superintendents, contractors, and subcontractors are often driven by deadlines and sometimes things just get missed. We provide you with a professional report you can share with your builder and use during your final walk though.
The PCS Inspection is available to sellers who wish to pre check and pre-certify property prior to listing it. This inspection assists the owner in understanding the condition of the structure and make the necessary repairs prior to listing. A pre-certified seller's inspection helps an owner avoid unexpected problems after a buyer's inspection.

When they give a price for a full inspection, they will do the FULL inspection for that price...But you do not get the full information for that price. When i called House2Home they give me a price for what they said was a FULL inspection...Everything that i would need they said. But when the insurance company was missing certain information, We called them to ask about it and was told that we need to pay $65 more for what they had already did. House2Home told me that they know all insurance company require this information and did this part of the inspection when they was at the house but charged
