I messed up times and dates and didn’t tell him till last minute he worked with me being very understanding and easy going and willing to change schedule for me. Gordon was very professional, thorough, meticulous, and prompt. He made extensive documentation including pictures and used various inspection tools on the roof. He was very thorough in the attic as well, all the way down to the tops of our ceilings. He uses state inspection forms that you can send to your insurance company.
Often I find people with a lot of knowledge and experience have difficulty communicating in layman's terms. Gordon was very good at that, and always had time to answer all of your questions.

One of the best home inspection companies I have experienced. Gordon is great and truly goes above and beyond in his services. I am from out of state and recently purchased a property in the area.
